Location is fantastic, located right next door to park. Beds very comfortable and nicely furnished. The princesses on the balcony every morning was a highlight for the kids.

Expensive and not great value for money. Restaurant choices were average, daily room servicing had poor attention to detail - towels not replaced, minibar not restocked and soap dispensers not refilled: Small things but when you’re paying top $$, these should be a given.

the cleanliness of the hotel and the location was perfect also the food was really nice

the staff in the hotel were rude whenever i ask them for anything and it seemed to much for them the staff out side who take your car and bags were excellent

Fantastic place to visit, to see and spend time with or without children))

We spend 3 days and 2 night. Disappointing was to find half used and empty bottles in mini bar. I have asked staff for several times to fill our room with water (which supposed to be included to our room) but we never got it.

The location is the primary reason we picked this hotel. It is so expensive but we felt it was worth it for two nights and to say we've stayed there. We were surprised there were some waters and snacks for free in the minibar.

Our room was in a separate wing and it was a trek to get to and from the main lobby area. And for the cost and caliber of hotel, I would have expected them to be more timely with our crib. It was a request I had put in at time of booking and again at check-in; and of course they forgot. It took us waiting for an hour before calling to ask them to bring one up immediately.

The Hotel, the room is very nice, quiet and comfortable.

The breakfast is too expensive and don’t have diversified options for Muslim people. 🥲

Staff are so professional and nice , so kind and helpful, room was comfortable as well sofa bed are big , they respond for my request i had complained and after 25min i had supervisor and 6 staff at my room to solve my issues. Breakfast at the room was nice the view , yes it is too expensive but it worth . I appreciate the big effort amazing stuff !!

The food in the buffet not nice at all and the hall need moor ventilation , the set menu at the other restaurant expensive and not delicious. It was so bad. Stuff and atmosphere were amazing but quality food was bad

Paying for kids dinner and breakfast.

Everything. Carpets in the foyer..essential for my disability, security check in...but someone needs to monitor the other door as people slip in and out without luggahe. Beautiful hotel and delicious food, good room service, very good sturdy 3rd bed. Lots of space. My dream come true. Priority ticket that meant I did not have to miss a thing and where i did not feel like going my sons were allowed to go without me. Seeing them enjoying themselves was awesome. A very nice time had by all.

The disabled bathroom has not been designed correctly so the water runs out of the shower under the toilet and to the door. There was no non slip floor mat and dry floor. This was a dlip hazard for me. I was lucky i had my rollator otherwise I eould have fallen and hurt myself. Very dangerous. The water should go straight into the drain. It needs redesigning. The carpet by the main door was soaking wet. I only found out when room service came and i opened the door without shoes. That means this has been an ongoing problem. This needs fixing ..rm 1208

Hotel is clean and beautiful and grand. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Room was nice. Location is top and being able to access the park an hour before opening time is also a good perk.

It is obviously overpriced, like everything Disney, but I guess you go knowing what to expect. The room was nicely decorated but was a bit small for our family of 5. It was comfortable and had nice touches like the hidden TV and our name on it when turned on. Obviously decorated dDisney, the kids loved it. Breakfast was really not up to standard for a 5 star hotel or luxury hotel and extremely overpriced for the quality you get. It would have been a plus to see some Disney characters but there were none, so the price was really not justifiable.

perfect location, beautiful interiors and smell throughout was amazing, the beds and pillows were super comfortable.

service there were 4 adults in the room, yet only robes and slippers supplied for 2. Had to ask for shower gel to be filled, water was only supplied for 2 and never replenished. Spa whirlpool was cold would expect it ti be heated. Minor things but when you pay nearly 2k you expect it to be perfect.
