i enjoyed a lot the whole stay, it was a eventful stay started with some misunderstanding but the way the staff handled it was really nice. I appreciate the staffs and their corporations. Manish in the front desk and management was amazing.

I stayed at the Hilton for the first time, I had only pleasant impressions. The breakfast was great, I also took dinners - everything was fresh and delicious. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff who will fulfill any of your requests and are always sincerely glad to see you. All the staff speaks excellent English. I would like to thank the staff with whom I had to communicate every day, Komuni is a wonderful leader and she is the star of the Hilton, Sagan, Benjamin, Ganmav are also the best of the best. Thank you very much, I will definitely come again.

All is fine

The food was amazing, such a great variety - be it breakfast or the dinner buffet! Great variety and amiable staff. The location was also excellent, as it was in proximity to the good malls and Max Super Specialist Hospital. I loved the fact that you can have up to 4 pieces of laundry washed as a complimentary service EVERYDAY!!! One super sweet housekeeper to mention is Meena! Very friendly, polite, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Good facility

They should highly reconsider carpets in the rooms for wooden flooring or tiles. I loved the room, but every night my chest became wheezy from my Asthma because of the carpets. Also, it would be better to have stand-alone showers in the twin-sharing rooms.

The location was the best, it is well situated, close to malls, restaurants and supermarket. The area also feels safe. The hotel and room is clean. Doorman/security always greet you with a nice smile and conversation. Unfortunately not every front office/receptionist communicates well in english however Reena was really helpful all the time and she speaks fluent english and understands well. Housekeeper Mahendra is also very nice, always a good time meeting with him, he is polite and very pleasant and he have a good eye for detail, he cleans the room really well and always making different decorations/origami with towels that everytime you enter your room, there is a big smile on your face.

Same breakfast everyday with very little options. If you are staying for multiple days you will get bored and enough with the buffet

Hilton Garden inn is located in a big Mall. Actually there are 3 malls in a row. Outside the Hotel you’ll find very polite staff who’d greet you every time you go in and out. At Check-in we were pleasantly welcomed by Mr. Umesh. During our stay, he was the key person for all that we could asked for. In the mornings we enjoyed our breakfast. The breakfast has gone positively through a total makeover since our last visit to the Hilton. The food and ambiance are so good and not to forget the different kind of cuisines they offered daily. My heartly thanks goes to Mr.Shubham for his effort to create this experience for Hilton Garden Inn guests. We will definitely come back for this breakfast. Finally I would like to thank Ms.Meena and Mr. Satish Purva for the great service and clean room during our stay.. Overall we had a great stay and will come back for sure whenever we visit Delhi.

Some key points to improve: -The guest service line would let us call twice or thrice for the same issue. -The bathroom shower floor could use some extra care - More sofa’s in the reception area

Every staff member was polite, courteous, and very attentive. I felt very well looked after. The staff at breakfast were particularly attentive in making sure I got all the chai and food I needed for the day! The hotel provided laundry service, which I did not expect, making life a lot easier. I travelled for work and stayed a week, and the location is excellent, allowing me to get some shopping done in a short space of time. The food choices at the mall were also great so that you don't have to go far after a long day of work. It was one of the best hotel stays I have encountered.

There was nothing I did not like. The only thing is the hotel is a bit old and tired, and so there was built-up dust in parts of the room. The neighboring room's plumbing is also quite noisy which woke me up in the middle of the night a few times. I hope this will be sorted once the renovation is done. But this does not put me off at all.

The hotel boasts a prime location, directly connected to one of Delhi's largest shopping malls , offering a wide array of coffee shops, restaurants and retail shops. it's conveniently close to the airport, making it a great choice for travelers. the staff were exceptional-friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was impressive. Considering Delhi's option, this hotel comes highly recommended.

Lobby was small.

The service was excellent. Associates were friendly. Assistant Restaurant Manager went out of the way to assist me. Security Supervisor who is in the morning shift was really friendly and helpful.

Key card was deactivated although I had requested for one hour late check out. Upon request for access, card didn't work twice and I had to go to reception to get the card activated. Apart from this, everything was smooth and excellent.

We liked the location as the hotel was situated next to the shopping mall. The hotel facilities were easy to access like the gym & the swimming pool.

The front line staff at the reception were not as friendly or helpful. We found the doormen/doorwomen to be more helpful and friendly as they were more informative and patient in dealing with questions. Attention to details like making sure the invoice of payment was sent upon request took such a long to follow up. We were not able to get a taxi and there was no assistance until we requested for urgent help.
