We loved how clean and tidy the rooms and shares areas were, the Aircon was a huge plus and the location was only a 1 minute walk from the closest train station. It's perfect for staying in a cheap hostel like accommodation with the bonus of having your own private bedroom!

The alarm on the door was a little tricky to figure out for us and for others as if you did it wrong it would beep for ages very loudly which wasn't ideal when it went off in the middle of the night. Also the beds were quite hard but everything else in the room was great.

It was convenient with very little hassle. The sheets were clean, the price was low, and we just needed a place to crash after arriving after a long flight. The showers and toilets were clean and that mattered most.

The initial door code we printed on our paper itinerary didn't match the code in the email. There was lots of text and instructions, which were fairly clear, but in such amounts, that reading through it again to find the actual door code after 24 hours of no sleep was a bit difficult. - The following is not a complaint but it bears mentioning;, the decor was plain and slightly grubby, but the price made up for it and was exactly what I expected. This place is cheap because it is what it is. When you're just going to get some sleep and head out after, why book for luxury?

Fixing the noisy bed would elevate the experience even further. Despite this, it remains a great option for those seeking value for money in their accommodation.

One area that needs improvement is the bed in the room I stayed in. It was quite noisy, which disrupted an otherwise restful night's sleep. If the hotel can address this issue, it would significantly enhance the comfort level for future guests.

The location and value of money. The facilities provided are sufficient, with free washing machine and dryer! Walking distance to metro and convenient stores. A small hiccup whereby another group of customer who checked in before us accidentally took our room key but got sort out within ourselves. The management called us to apologise. I am satisfied with the customer service.

Nothing really. You pay what you get. I would say this hotel is not suitable for family as room is designed for 2 people only. The washroom and bathroom are shared with other.

It's affordable. It's pretty clean. Close to the railway station. They provide towels. There's a kitchen for you to cook or reheat your food. You have your own fridge inside your room. There's a washing machine and dryer.

The mattress was so thin that you are basically lying on top of the wooden ???structure??? Of the bed. Every time you lay down at night, your body will remember where it hurts.😂

No cleaning service in the rooms, when staying for longer than a day or two, I’d very much appreciate to be able to request cleaning. No flexibility with check in and check out times, not possible to leave your bags. No staff available - we’ve never seen any staff being present.

It was really close to the Rokugodote station, which was convenient. The place was very clean, and the self check-in process worked well. The shared bathrooms and showers, in particular, were kept clean.

The mattresses on our beds were a little thin. I definitely wouldn't stay here if you have a ton of luggage because you won't have anywhere to put it. And a small thing, but there were no hooks in the shower.

It’s right next to Laundromat dry cleaning grocery store 7/11 and the LRT line. Code to access the entire suite laundry machine available inside during certain times multiple washrooms and shower on each floor.

There’s no staff on site. It’s fine but just FYI when you arrive.

It is a great location, close to food, 7-11, the train station and is able to reach all parts of Tokyo in a reasonable time.
