The service and location are so exceptional. Staff are super friendly and made their best to communicate with my lack of Japanese. The room is spacious enough for my 1 night stay and there are plenty of restaurants and stores around. Getting there and out was very easy as it is minutes away from 2 metro stations. Japanese style brekky and very clean.

The room had a faint smell of cigarettes even though I requested non-smoking. Opened the window and turned on the air purifier. For a night I didn't see much of an issue.

Good breakfast. Not too much selection but it gives you the essential healthy Japanese breakfast with some extras and western style included. Razor, shaving foam and aftershave included in the room amenities, besides the standard toothbrush, etc.

No comb in the room amenities. I forgot to bring mine.

The staff are lovely and the rooms have this real business Japan vibe.

They had an issue with the chef so there wasn't always the typical Japanese offerings.

I had to switch last minute to this hotel and the staff, although most weren't able to communicate in English, were still helpful and understanding even with my very poor and embarrassing parking skills

Luckily I had GPS but would have been a bit difficult to find in the backstreets if I was on foot

Good Breakfast. Japanese dumpling with drink and soup. All staffs can recognize you. Breakfast is buffet style, anti-covid measure provided. The hotel staffs can recognize you when you enter or leave the hotel. Even they need to collect your access card when you leave, once you enter the hotel, they can give you back immediately as they know your room number.

No briefing or any written manual of the facility, breakfast, and other logistic arrangements. Staffs do not speak English (mostly), but if you can speak some Japanese, they are willing to help and explain.

It’s a short distance away from the train stations (Keikyu & JR). Also the staff were polite.

Wished they could extend the breakfast hour to at least 10 am

Very friendly service and close to the station, restaurants and convenience stores! Only stayed the night but it was nice, clean and comfortable as any other hotel. Definitely will stay again.

This is a fairly tyoical Japanese business hotel. That's what I was looking for and that's what I got. It looked and functioned exactly as I anticipated, and I would happily use it again. The room included a pleasant breakfast.

The price was good. Anything more luxurious would cost more. No complaints whatsoever.

Staff is great, breakfast very satisfying, feels like real Japanese working man hotel. Location is close to Haneda airport.

Lots of girls asking for massage in the streets nearby, can be a bit much.

The location was super convenient. Close to the train station and so many options for food!

The room was a little hot and there was no option for AC (only heat came out), we opened the window but then a moth flew in so that idea was a no go.
