Good location with 2 convenience stores directly across the street. Right on the water with fantastic views from the bar/dining deck. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The mattress is low quality and was uncomfortable. The headboard was not fastened to the bed frame and rattled against the wall every time someone rolled over. Mini split in the room had broken louvers so the air blew directly on us all night.

Slightly older hotel however looked very nice and fairly well maintained. Was nice to have free parking for our rental car available and they allowed us to drop off our luggage before lunch even on our check in day so we could go out sightseeing until our room was ready. Bonus. Fridge and coffee maker in the room was perfect for snacks or food for a quick breakfast. Pool area was very nice with a beach on either side if you preferred that. Lounge chairs also available for guests to take out onto the beach area. Never had issues finding a seat in either spot. Walked along the beach several times; had to cut across to the main road a couple of times but was always able to get back down onto the beach to continue on. Location was very good, with serval smaller restaurants, grocery store and fish market all within a couple minutes walk; 5 minute cab ride to even more restaurants in the St. Lawrence gap area.

Only complaint was the restaurant food, although not bad was a little on the pricey side for the BBQ buffet we had so we chose to eat at St. Lawrence gap the following days.

Amazing location on the beach

Towels needed upgrading very thin and worn Noise from upstairs occupants mainly children squealing and jumping around Noise from road Noise from pigeons outside plus children feeding birds at breakfast

WE really liked the spacious room and the beach location. The pool are was nice and quiet with easy access to the bar and beach. The hotel is also only a short distance (we walked) to Oistins and local supermarket and restaurant's. Staff were generally friendly and attentive.

Bathroom/shower needed work as was dated, the shower didn't work very well and needed some work. Some of the bar staff were clearly working a lot harder and more friendly than others that were not very friendly and avoided serving ect.

It’s prime location to the beaches.

The out dated floor tiles , especially the corridor to the rooms. Was very disappointed about it the very first night because I’m a person who likes beautiful ambiance. However, the next day I realized that I made the right choice as the staff and food and location was to my liking. Would definitely choose to stay there again in my next visit. Also, the rooms need carpet or mats on the flooring. Keeps getting wet after showers. Overall, I love the affordability and i most definitely enjoyed my time there.

Myself and my Partner really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We loved two swimming pools. There was really no-one there in the long one. It's just pity they closed swimming pools in the evening around 7 pm. I love the view from my room 201, we could see the ocean and swimming pool. Room was quiet with a nice sound of the sea waves. Bed was really large and comfy and we loved spending time on our balcony in the evenings. Staff was really nice and you can order food and drinks which is deducted from your room deposit. Hotel also organized a snorkeling tour for us and helped us with good car rental. There was a nice party organized the day we arrived. Location is also good, just a short walk to all the restaurants and bars and a grocery store. There was not many tourists in June and we could rest and relax. We really enjoyed our stay..and we want to come back one day..

We didn't like that kitchen needs some renovation, it was quite out of date. Hotel is close to a really unpleasant road and if you want to walk to the restaurants or bars, you walk along this busy noisy and not really safe road.

The long pool was a must - very lovely. The manager organised a late check out - I moved rooms but was delighted about this as it meant I could enjoy the hotel before my flight home - which was the purpose of the visit.

The food wasn't great. The serving staff at the restaurant were mixed- one had a terrible attitude to go with her long red eye lashes - obviously not trained or bothered. There had been police reported very near by the night before if a shooting..so felt a sense of unsafe ness in this area.

We stayed at Butterfly Beach for two nights on our way to and from Dominica, I chose the hotel mainly due to it's close proximity to the airport, the staff there all went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, the food in the restaurant was very good, the beach beautiful, the rooms comfortable, pool area clean and not over crowded even though we were there over the Christmas and new year period. The kitchenette in the room was a great addition when travelling with a child.

The hotel is a little dated in places but clean so really not an issue. Being close to the airport there are regular low flying planes and also on a main road, so if you want complete quiet it's not the best location. I would recommend booking a sea view room to get a quieter location.

Excellent location. Good seating areas with choice of pool or deck. Rooms excellent with good sized bathroom. Very good restaurant with good choice of daily specials. Employees very friendly and helpful.

All good but not so happy with the loud TV showing sports in the dining bar area even though no-one was watching. (Minor criticism).
