The room was very nice. View was amazing! Very clean and king size bed was incredibly comfortable. Loved watching the whales from the beach and from our room. Poolside service was excellent. The food and drinks served at the pool were very good.

The fold out bed was hard and we didn't learn until leaving that they provide a pad for that. I didn't realize until after booking that you aren't allowed to swim on the beaches there becuase of the current and the drop-off.

The grounds were amazing and the staff was very friendly. If you like being away from all the tourist stuff then you will love this location. It was quiet and secluded. Everything is a quick ride away.

This is a time share property and I don't like the pressure to attend a meeting for free stuff.

The property was beautiful and clean, the room was comfortable and beautiful too, we like the pool and the activity during the week.

We definitely didn’t like was the way that they sold the tours because they gave you a good deal if you went to a breakfast where they offered a hotel room to stay if you pay a ridiculous monthly amount of money, and finally when you say no thanks, they turn really rude people, the places was solmar and the staff was really rude and uncomfortable they almost ruined our beautiful trip. 👎🏼

I loved everything about my stay! when you walk into the hotel it smells fabulous! It was so clean and beautiful! The staff were so polite and accommodating. We mostly ate out because we wanted to experience the city vibe but we did order small food and of course drinks and they were on point!

The location of the hotel is good, close to everything. The pool area is excellent, as is the beach area. The food at the pool is excellent and they have happy hour at the pool bar. The service is excellent.

The rooms are very old, the beds and furniture are super uncomfortable.

The food was good for the most part. The prices were high with added service fees. Food prices should include service fees on menu. The facilities are beautiful, but the bathtubs are disgustingly filthy.

The pre-purchase American breakfast option is a waste of money bc no one at the resturants seem to know what it is and what is included. The bathtubs were disgusting and need to be replaced. The bathtub had a hole. It's really unacceptable.

The activities and staff around the pool and staff at the entrance were all excellent. The food staff/ servers were awesome too.

The meal plan email came and said it would be $109/ day, But the telephone person insisted, they could not honor that price, it was $129. We don't drink alcohol, so we didn't purchase, because we thought it was wrong for them not to honor the email price. The seafood night on Saturday night, wasn't as great as the year before. Much less choices on the buffet, and Quality was sub par. We ended up going to the marina to eat. And that was a much better experience than the food, this year at Playa Grande. Normally, the food is superb at Playa Grande, but not this year. Something has changed!

It was gorgeous! Everything was so nice. That view, you can’t beat it.

I liked the location. It’s away from all the hype. Nice and quiet.

We were less than impressed with the first room we were given. The bathroom fixtures seemed to be worn out and dated.
