The property is phenomenal. Every detail has been thought of, from design, location, views, staff, everything.

Only thing I didn’t like was when we went to the restaurant the tip was not included in the price of the meal, so we added a tip. When the receipt for signature was brought back an additional tip was added. Of 35%! It made us feel like we really needed to watch the bills at the hotel. In addition they are of course in pesos and so it would be very easy to misinterpret whether or not a tip was added prior to adding your own. Luckily, Spanish is my husbands first language and he very easily picked up on this. This was our only issue the entire trip!

Travelled from the UK so a fair way but worth every minute (well 2 weeks). The hotel has a relaxed feeling with very clean and stylish Mexican decor, accommodation is excellent, the location couldn’t be better. All the staff are super smiley, polite and helpful (special mention to Mauricio, beach facilities guy & Manny, by the pool both really helpful and fun). A typical day, lie by the pool then wander down the beach for lunch, so much choice & v close by & you can wear your bikini all day (which is good as was pretty hot).

Gym pretty hot, there was some aircon but not enough for a gym especially when busy, which is a shame as the equipment is ok. I suppose it would be nice if there was more entertainment at night, something local like a singer etc but we wanted to explore so went out most nights anyway.

Location great. Great service by the concierge staff in running everyone around in the golf carts. Wonderful service by cleaning staff as well.

Prices of food and beverages were way over the top. Also on one occasion we ordered a burger for lunch by the pool. The burger ordered was medium rare but the burger received was barely cooked - the centre was still cold. We told the waiter and were offered a free cocktail which we did not want. Then still got charged for the burger. Eventually it was taken from the bill but this took quite a bit of work. So in the end it was fine but the food offerings just need some work.

Exceptional in Every Way !! The property was wonderful, the staff was very caring and Professional with such a Beautiful property with tremendous views , pools , beach and amenities how could anything be but Exceptional !! Our Family will be a Lifelong Customer with many more years of memories to come. Kudos to the Entire Hacienda Staff.

Everything was wonderful

It was gated with a 24/7 guard! It was very close to the marina! It was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were friendly and welcoming!

Restaurant was a little pricey but other than that it was perfect!

Staff were excellent and helpfull; property was great; so nice to have a spa and gym. Pool area is fabulous and restaurant was very good!

The location was awesome , next to the marina. We were there for sportfishing for a few days. The beach was swimmable and very clean. The staff was very friendly and the food was really good.

The restaurant at the hotel was really good. We are very picky with food and they were awesome. The room and bed was very comfortable.

perfect location. easy access to Marina and equally close to the Office. It’s a luxury resort with laid back feel and staff at all levels from Beach to pool to room service / restaurants was top notch

This place is fantastic! The property is beautiful, right on the beach, and the two bedroom suite was phenomenal. Staff was extremely attentive and went out of their way to help. Pools, hot tubs, restaurant, and bar all top notch. Guys at the activity center helped get many things going for us.

Everything was great! There wasn't a thing that I didn't like about this property or the people there.

The hotel was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about the amazing property of the staff. This is probably the first hotel to exceed my expectations on every level. Cannot wait to return!
