Great stay! The property is beautiful and felt like a nice sanctuary. It's a great location - near many restaurants and walkable to the marina. We ended up enjoying just sitting in the courtyard more than any other parts of Cabo.

We had the top floor suite but found that the noise from the nearby bars was too loud. I will say they had noise blocking windows but I'm particularly sensitive. The next morning we asked if there was another room available and they switched us to one on the first floor and we had no sound problems whatsoever.

An amazing oasis of calm in the chaotic bustle of Cabo's marina district. Just a block or two from the bars & shops of the tourist district, this is a place of quiet respite perfect for laying back and relaxing. Clean comfortable room, sumptuous garden areas with plenty of seating, large courtyard, babbling fountain, nice sized pool. Majestic palms and endless beds of succulents. The place is built solid and hides a real gem behind the massive iron entryway doors. This is now my favorite hotel in the region.

No complaints. The fan was a little noisy.

LOVED my stay. I had the junior suite, and really appreciated having the kitchen and AC. Staff was super nice. I would have loved to have the option to add on a breakfast included option, but it was fine given I had the kitchen. Pool was so refreshing, and there are little nooks around the property to read and enjoy the sun. Will absolutely be coming back!

ONLY complaint - construction nearby, but I understand this is not within the hotels control! It wasn't too bad and didnt wake me up before 9 any days.

Location was fantastic, just a couple of blocks from the Marina and a 20 minute walk to Medano Beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated they kept drinking water to bring back to our room in a glass pitcher. The common grounds were beautiful- gorgeous plants and birds everywhere! The shower had high pressure and good hot water. Our bed was comfortable and the little kitchenette had everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a few nights.

We could hear some bass coming from the clubs a couple of blocks away on some nights. It wasn't a big problem, though. There is only a coffee bar in the hotel each morning, so you have to go out to eat for every meal or stock up your room with groceries from one of the local supermarkets.

Oasis of peace once you enter and leave the chaos of Cabo outside. Beautiful grounds, housekeeping and maintenance staff were super hard working.

Communication could have been better. After I left I saw email explaining all the things I was wondering about. Is there filtered water? Where? Coffee? When? They have some ice trays in a freezer but a fridge either in the room or a communal one easy to access would be nice to keep drinks cold. Still, good value and a beautiful property. Suggest they simply post the things in their email by front desk (or tell people to check email on arrival.) Staff seldom at front desk since they were busy elsewhere so posting the info would help. Bottom line is it's a good deal for a very nice place to stay.

Location is great and quiet at the same time. It’s like a ‘vila’ style hotel so it’s beautiful stay. The pool is a great addition to the stay.

It may sound strange considering we are in a warm country but the pool could be heated, there is no sunlight in the pool in the afternoon and the water can be cold in the winter time. But I mean, this does not change the fact this a 10 out of 10 stay to me.

Wow this place was amazing. I was worried that it might be loud since the hotel was centrally located but it wasn't at all. This place was beautiful and felt like a little oasis. We stayed in the Jr Suite which was perfect! It had a full kitchen and A/C.

We liked the local atmosphere and traditional architecture style. Very nice staff at the front desk. Security front door of the hotel premises and parking lot after office hours. Lush vegetation in the yard with a small pool and a fountain. There is complimentary coffee in the morning, complimentary water dispenser for guests, a little library at the front desk.

The available room was standard and there was no refrigerator. In hot days it is a disadvantage.

The Staff was fabulous. They cleaned each day. The Jr Suite was perfect as it allowed us to cook when we wanted to. The grounds (small, but very well kept.) It is a Boutique Hotel that put us right downtown which allowed us to walk to most things. Only 3 blocks or so from the Marina, you are very close to all kinds of food choices and activities.

The only thing would be the pillows were a bit hard. I have found this the case in Mexico though.

It is so cool to see it from the outside..you think at first, Oh No! Then you open the door and it WOWS YOU AWAY!!! Very Spanish, such personality everywhere. They take a lot of Pride in all their details! The desk clerk was such a gentleman! Very helpful! Every corner was a surprise!!

It was perfect! Only thing, no houses, think of is a good light and mirror to put makeup on!!
