The people here, from the front desk, Kevin for instance, nicest guy ever, to the night watchman who was always helping, even to carry coffee to our room even at five am. . Everyone, gracious and considerate. Breakfast was so casual and really good to be free And they let us be while worked all day.

I can't think of one thing. Everything is great

The pillows were very uncomfortable. Room a bit small for moving around in. The continental breakfast was very good, excellent coffee. The location was key and was very grateful considering I had never been there before. Sadly the pictures on bookings.com regarding the rooms did not match what we got. That was disappointing but overall we really enjoyed our stay there because the staff was very kind. The two restaurants down the street across from hotel were excellent.

Some concierge service at front desk. Handling luggage for seniors. We expect to tip for that. I know its a hotel for mostly Mexican tourists but knowing that there service for handicapped people makes a huge difference. Some sort of information board in English for surrounding area like restaurants would be helpful.

The location is very good. Five minutes walk to the marina and busy area. Many restaurants and shops nearby, but still very quiet. The swimming pool is big and nice, a bit cold in December but still swimmable. Our room is a bit old but still clean and tidy. Shower is nice and warm. WiFi works great. Breakfast is with good value. 100 peso with a dish and free tea and coffee and concha cake and bananas. In general a good price of the stay, even during the expensive Christmas period, better book early.

Our room is a bit small. Better to have more sunbeds near the pool.

It was super clean, and the staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating and hospitable 

I loved absolutely everything about the property. I just wish that they serve dinner as well.

I have stayed in this hotel twice and I love it. It is not for everybody as it's a value hotel. You get what you pay for, that said, the facilities are clean and well kept. It is very central and close to the nightlife. Great restaurant/bars/beaches at walking distance.

How busy the staff are keeping it clean. Staff was very happy,smiling and they where very helpful and accommodating.

Could have used some more lounge chairs for suntanning

The staff (Spanish speaking) were extremely awesome in their service. Price for the room was great!!! Very clean Nice warm pool Good cheap breakfast in hotel. All entrees are 100 pesos Centrally located Near the best Seafood restaurant (Mariscos Tres Islas) and many dining options Near the Ruta de Desierto bus from the airport for 85 pesos Toiletries, bottled waters and extra pillows provided The money exchange shop close by had pretty good rates 19.4 pesos to 1USD Nearby laundromat is full service Liked this place enough i kept adding nights to stay here!

- This is an older property and everything is dated, BUT the cleaning crew thoroughly cleans what can be cleaned. - Many tiles in pool are broken and chipped off but the kids swimming in there don't care cos they're having too much fun - Beach /Pool towels need a security deposit ⁶

The location, value and staff of the Hotel was excellent. The pool and yard were very clean and well maintained. However, the room was a bit tight, and the door had to be pulled up for the latch to engage. Overall, our stay at Estancia Real was great.

Entry door needed to be pulled up in order for it to properly close, and no hooks in the bathroom.

Location and pool, the restaurants around was so good!

The bathroom was clogged, and I had to flush multiple times with a bucket full of water to finally flush all. We put paper on the trash can but, for some reason, was clogged since we arrived at the hotel.
