Located close to the marina which was good because we fished a couple of days. Many restaurants around and on the side streets, I like to eat off the beaten path. Staff was great, manager sent a text while we were on our way to say the room was ready even though we were a couple hours early of check in. Let us stay late because we had an afternoon flight.

Great location, clean, close to the marina and all the clubs and activities but amazingly quiet at the same time allowing restful sleep. Comfortable bed. Wonderful staff.

More plugs would be nice. Some plugs in our room didn’t work and we had to get creative in charging our multiple electronics. Maybe bring an extension cord.

Very spacious room, very clean, the tv had netflix and some other streaming apps. IT was a 2 minute walk to downtown los cabos. Perfect place to stay a night ebfore my liveaboard trip to Soccoro Island. I would stay here again if i am every back in Los Cabos

Large and clean rooms, great beds, convenient location, friendly staff.

A bit expensive considering that it’s not very luxurious but probably in line with the prices in Cabo.

Excellent location, very close to the downtown marina, medano beach and Mt.Solmar. Despite being street facing, it wasn't too loud except when there was maintenance going on for the building across the street or when other guests were in the hallways. I was usually too tired to be bothered, so it worked fine for me.

Got a handful of bed bug bites on my arm and leg after first night. Since I was given the option for a two-bedroom during check-in, I switched to the second bed and didn't get any additional bites (at least that I noticed). There was a mini-fridge, but it wasn't plugged in and didn't try it, so I made do without.

Excellent location and a very good value for Cabo You can easily walk to all the best spots in town

Amazing location - near marina and food / bar district but quiet at night. Delicious breakfast on the same block. Comfortable bed and good AC. Friendly staff and security which felt safe for me as a woman solo traveler. New sheets and towels daily. Absolutely worth the value.

Water pressure in shower not strong but temperature range was good.

Jose was super communicative, and the room was super tidy and comfortable. Very strong AC and WiFi

Some other guests were pretty loud, but I asked for a quiet room so didn't hear them too much based on my room's location (the loud guests were on the lower floors).

quiet, looks to be recently updated, economical. when I passed out 1 night with the room key still in the door knob, I didn’t get robbed or assaulted.

no towel rack by the sink.
