Amazing location, very clean and spacious apartment and within walking distance to most bars and restaurants! We had an amazing stay and Flor was so helpful to accommodate us with a late checkout due to a late flight! Had a few nights cooking in and the kitchen amenities were great!

A small issue with the washing machine that left some Of our darker clothes stained with red blotches-was unclear how this occurred as there was no bleach involved. Only a few items spoiled so not a major issue. There are also no luggage storage facilities in this listing so make sure you factor that into plans! However the staff (Flor) were very accommodating to give us a late checkout at no extra cost.

Beautiful quiet property located on top of the shopping plaza. Great view of the marina and the cost was great.

Everything was great but the a/c was not on when we got there so it took some time for it to cool down once we got there.

I travel a lot and avoid air bnb type condos at all times but took a chance on this place because I didn’t want to be locked in a resort and not experience the city. I was thoroughly impressed by how nice and spacious the apartment was and the location and view were perfect. Highly recommend this condo. Only stayed for 3 days but will come back again and book a longer stay

Maybe should have some coffee filters and water when you arrive. Grocery store close so not a biggie.

I loved comfort and the decor of the units, as well as it’s unbeatable proximity to downtown Cabo

There was no pool and we could never find the gym.

The property is very well kept and the condo was immaculate

Their was a smell of sewage every evening both inside and outside the property. NO POOL!

It was easier to get to the front desk to check in if you’re using their transportation. My husband had no problems checking in. They give you an access code.

No pool. This was known in advance, but it would have been a nice addition.

Everything was amazing , communication with the property manager was great and she responded quickly . Would definitely stay here again in the future !

Fabulous location.

Keypad was inconsistent. Never ran into a problem like that before w/keypad entry. Frustrating to deal with. Patio lounge chair was seriously broken upon arrival. Towels n shower amenities were terrific. BBQ worked great. The design was very modern w/no wall decor. Shelved books were empty boxes? Only 1 beach chair for 2 bedroom condo, that's a bit odd. Lounge chair was replaced but quite dirty. Beach umbrella n tent worked great.
