Awesome location one block from the beach and many popular restaurants and bars. The boho beach style is perfect and our room was large and comfortable. Loved the view overlooking the pool and the spacious balcony. Wifi and air conditioning always worked great. Pool and swim up bar are great and had good service.

They seem a little disorganized here. Upon arrival to the airport they forgot about our pre scheduled airport pickup. At breakfast they took a long time to find our room and seat us. Breakfast service was very slow and confusing due to some items being included and others not. The menu did not state which was which. Because of this we didn’t bother with breakfast here the rest of the trip.

The included American Breakfast was very good, service was fast. The location of the dining area was nicely appointed with open air and comfortable seating. In the evening the area had live music and the roof canopy was pulled back to expose the moon and stars, with firepits lit for a warm inviting ambiance.

Access to the beach section- a short walk away- needed reservations. There are some nearby hotels that are closer to the water, so it was easier to just go through their entrances and walk down to the shoreline. Not a deal breaker, as the other hotels are much pricier.

American Breakfast was included in our room rate, which was eggs and bacon or sausage or chorizo. The eggs were well cooked. They also came with potatoes and onions which I didn't feel like at breakfast time. We didn't get toast which I thought was odd, but Mexico don't seem to do toast. Cabo is mega expensive and my small smoothie was $30 which surprised me!

Everything was fabulous. My room when I arrived was. noisy as it was above the restaurant and directly opposite the restaurant across the street. They very kindly moved me to a quiet room as I have epilepsy so I need to sleep.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff super helpful. The whole vibe of the hotel is chilled and relaxed. After traveling along the coast of Mexico for a week, it felt like coming home when I arrived at Bahia Hotel and Beach Club.

There was an American breakfast included with the reservation. As I dont eat meat, I asked if I could switch to a different breakfast which was the same price. It was initially an issue but eventually got resolved.

Modern spacious hotel with lovely gardens and pool. Staff were friendly and obliging. The Sur Beach house was well appointed and served amazing food.

The breakfast included only one meal choice and either juice or coffee. Tea was not an option and service was slow and disjointed. Example was toast never arriving with the meal. Coffee and tea in room never replaced once used.

We had one of the jacuzzi room which allows for privacy yet great access to everything

The cumbersome breakfast deal even if room rate paid was including breakfast… it’s free if you take the American plate, 50% if you order anything else. With more European coming to Cabo it should be made simpler. “Breakfast included” means any type of breakfast should be included, especially the healthier one instead of the fat eggs/bacon/sausage that cater only to those with unhealthy habits.

The location and the staff at Bahia were great. The renovated rooms on level 5 were nice.

The staff at Sur Beach House were horrible and rude. We had a booking (under our room number) for beach chairs and they treated us like absolute idiots and made us wait for 10 minutes while they "checked some umbrellas", and never returned to us. Our friend was already inside so she came and found us and we walked it by ourselves while the staff glared at us. I left shortly after that to go back to my room, and received the same attitude by the same staff when I returned to Sur Beach House. It was really awful.

Breakfast was very good, but actually for 50% off still very expensive. The hotel was beautiful, the pool was very nice! The people who worked the pool bar and indoor bar were very good to us.

That every time you wanted ice, you had to order it to your room, it would have been nice to have an ice machine. That there wasn’t more furniture in the room, a desk or some place to sit at a table, there was plenty of room for it.

Loved everything but lounge chairs. They need replacing so u can sun bathe on your stomach. I literally laid on the concrete. GREAT LOC, fab good, and your wellness drinks were delicious

Lounge chairs are awful and god forbid if u are overweight, they’d collapse. Please replace.

It was in close proximity to everything! The rooms were clean, modern, spacious, and the staff was awesome. So close to the beach, or the pool is peaceful.

The pool was very cold but that was actually kind of welcoming in the heat!
