the staff at steakhouse were racist toward letting some people make reservations, also the American Country was toward letting caucians in under dressed but turning around blacks which were wearing more than the caucians. also Let in a white male with muscle shirt and my husband had to go back to the room to change his shirt and once we got in we were sitting beside a white male who had the exact shirt on. We were celebrating the 25 anniversary and 60 birthday and none of the plans were followed through in either restaurant nor the requested decor in the room ...

Not enough Entertaiment for adults.

The entertainment was amazing. The place was clean and well kept. Loved all the amenities. The parties were top notch.

The food was pretty bad. Too many buffet style restaurants with too many flies flying around the food. In many restaurants the food options were too limited and portions too small. Invest more in the food.

When we first checked in the staff member was not friendly nor accommodating, we had 3 rooms and he wanted to put us each in different villas. We were able to speak with the mgr. who then accommodated us and put us in one villa.

The atmosphere was amazing. Party's was great! The service with staff was great. Entertainment was good.

The bathroom had water marks in the ceiling, the lights wasn't working properly (the bathroom light didn't turn on after the second day & the main room light was working when it wanted to). All the bars didn't have the same thing.

We were positively surprised with the quality of the food considering the amount of mouths to feed.

Drinks at bars were weak.

It was huge, beautiful pools, lots of food, easy quick service for drinks, family friendly. The rooms were renovated and clean and comfortable. The food was wonderful- not all the food was five star but there was something at every meal that was really delicious and the fresh fruit and various desserts were so fun for the kids, we really enjoyed eating there. There was also something not really worth eating at every meal so that’s how it is. The staff was nice and it was easy to get drinks quickly. The entertainment was very entertaining we enjoyed it even though it wasn’t broadway worthy. Kids club looked nice - lots of fun water slides just find the one you like. Glad we didn’t pay extra to stay at Palace or Hyatt - this had all we were hoping for.

The rooms were not adjoining even though I was promised they were and I even called to confirm. Booking via booking.com made fixing that impossible. We are a family of 5 and we had two king bed rooms next to each other - very upsetting. The other big issue was the “resort credits” which are basically just coupons for a small discount off each service. Booking.com did not provide the promo code we needed then the front desk was confused so the discount ended up being almost nothing so we didn’t get massages again very disappointing. The last bad thing - my son tripped and knocked his toenail off and nobody could locate a simple first aid kit with bandaids. Knowing Mexico I brought a bunch of stuff and ran (far) back to my room. Be prepared

The resort is very clean, staff very welcoming.

The resort didn't offer room service. The towel were not soft to the skin. They resort should have a better way of covering the food at the buffet to avoid having flys around the food. The alcohol was water down. Unfortunately, my guest could not go due to health issues, Booking and the resort still charge my credit card the same amount. The resort didn't help in resolving the issue. If you are going out of the resort, you had to used the taxi the resort provide which was a bit expensive. Uber transportation are not allow to enter the resort, so if you call an Uber, you have to walk out of the resort and wait outside. Is about a couple of minute the walk.
