The views at Villa La Estancia are beautiful. The courtyard and pools are very clean and well maintained. You’re allowed to dine at the tied neighboring properties, Villa del Palmar and Villa Del Arco, but you can’t use their pools. Villa La Estancia has a very relaxing and laid back vibe whereas the other two are livelier. A bit of music at the pool would have been nice. There’s a private beach in front of the property you’re allowed to dip into that was clean and fun to have attached to the property. The staff were incredible and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! It was my husband’s birthday and they were kind enough to decorate the room for our arrival. Also, every night we were provided bottled waters and cookies, which was a nice touch! We loved that property was about a 20 min walk to some great restaurants and it was easy to explore the downtown area during our stay.

The room we had was pretty dated. The couch was stained and the bed frames were loose. They squeaked anytime we sat on the bed or turned over in our sleep. We mentioned the bed to the staff and they had maintenance come in and fix it immediately which is really nice, but because the furniture is so old it was squeaky by the next morning. Our room had doubles and both beds had the problem.

Amazing stay! Staff was super amazing very very professional and very kind! They made me feel very at home. Food was amazing room service was amazing! Pool and cleanliness was amazing! I would go back in a second. Top notch

Very expensive and all the extra charges .. This was supposed to be all inclusive for two people and it seemed like a lot of things were unavailable with the all inclusive package. Also they Villa la estancia required me to pay over$300 to add another all Inclusive. instead of allowing to just get there own food …

Lovely beachfront resort with friendly staff. All the staff were very courteous and always had a smile. Reserved a one bedroom condo with full kitchen, two full bathrooms and huge balcony equipped with bbq, dining set and lounge chairs. Extremely clean and well maintained facilities. Mostly family oriented and quiet in the evenings. Nightlife can be found at the sister resorts on either side.

Only two restaurants (the two sister resorts next door have more than twice as many restaurants each).

Too many rules due to the private ownership that somewhat impeded the overall experience. guest come to relax and not to constantly have rules imposed in a unfriendly manner, example your pool and towel monitors and so called pool police. its understandable to have guidelines and rules but should not be imposed on guest with a stiff and unfriendly manner.

Rooms were huge. Resort was small and beautiful. Food and drinks were amazing!!

No coffee shop included with the all inclusive and was separate.

via la estancia was incredibly clean facility. Great place for a very laid-back experience.  you can tell this is not a timeshare facility.  the units are much bigger as far as square footage, which leads to a smaller amount of guests at one time and you noticed this. just go next-door to either facility and you’ll see a big difference. 

Villa La Estancia was wonderful! The setting was stunning and the room exceeded our expectations. It was over 2,000 square feet and perfect for our party of six. Two huge bedrooms, a large living area, full size kitchen and three bathrooms afforded us plenty of living space for our week stay. The balconies overlooked the Sea of Cortez and the beautiful pool facility. It was a dream, made that much better by a gentle, kind, caring staff of hard working people. We loved every minute of our stay at Villa La Estancia and we would recommend it highly!

No dislikes.

The location is excellent. Beautiful view of the cape from the pool area. The rooms are large, comfortable and fully equipped. The restaurant is very expensive, but the grill (open for lunch) is reasonable. The food was very tasty. We paid for the American Breakfast option, but it is a very simple egg, meat, hash brown, fruit, toast and one drink option. Gets old after a couple of days. Save some dough and eat breakfast in your room. The service is excellent. The staff speaks English well so communication was no problem. The resort is low key, but there is a bit more action at the two sister resorts next door and downtown Cabo is only a 15-minute walk away.

Food and drinks were expensive, but it seems to be that way at all the tourist locations in Cabo these days. The self parking option is difficult to understand where to park. We gave up and just did valet.

We were there during the low season, so the property wasn’t full. The property is very quiet and a great place to rest. They do accept kids, but there isn’t kids activity
