I liked the pool area, the access to the beach, loved the food and room service option. Loved the servers and other staff, the option of going to the other Pueblo Bonito to enjoy their restaurants

I did not like the size of the room. It was cramped and one bed was too close to the closet that it was impossible to access. It looked different in the pictures online. I wish the room was bigger. A kitchen was unnecessary. No one cooks in an all inclusive hotel The supervisors of the restaurants were not very flexible. They seem to always say no. for example " that table is only for big groups" or "we do not serve in this area" etc.

We just got back from our vacation and stayed at Pueblo Bonito Blanco for 7 nights. We picked to stay at Pueblo Bonito Blanco because it’s like a Mediterranean resort that got its own mexican character and so close to the room and the pool. Not too much walking to get to my room from the restaurant. While we’re on vacation we want to relax that’s why this resort to us was perfect! My family were very satisfied with the food, services and cleanliness of the room and facilities. We also have an access to all the restaurants and amenities of Pueblo Bonito Rose and Pueblo Bonito Sunset. We tried all the restaurants in three different resorts, the buffet at Rose was ok but because they offered an all inclusive a la carte to all the restaurants so we prefer to dine in and tried the food they have. The food and was very good. If sometimes we wanted to eat some snacks or have some drinks under the beach umbrella or at the pool side we always asked the waiter to deliver it while my family still relaxing at the beach or at the pool. It’s a beachfront so we enjoyed the scenery and by walking at the shore. To go to the Pueblo Bonito Rose and Sunset you need to download their app and do the reservations, it’s quite simple and we never have problems. There’s so many restaurants to choose at Sunset resort and the market was incredible, part of all inclusive. Every night we had gelato and crepe’. There’s so many things me and my family did while staying at this resort. So close to Marina to do some excursions and buying some souvenirs, we visited the famous Cabo Wabo Restaurant, just 10 mins drive with the taxi. It’s very safe and convenient to walk at night, or getting a taxi was no problem, it’s safe. I gave an excellent rate to this hotel because the cleanliness, location, food and services meet my family’s expectations.

I enjoyed that it is a small property that allows the staff to meet and get to the know the guests. I like that it was not chaotic with so many people or kids in one place. We really enjoyed being a few steps from the beach. We truly enjoy the food at Palomas and the staff. We had breakfast and dinner only there during our stay. For lunch we ordered from the pool side menu and we liked that there was a vast variety of food to choose from. The staff work very hard to delivery the food and drinks. The staff was very friendly especially Victor. However, all the staff were professional and greeted us. This was our 3rd time visiting the resort and it won't be the last.

The property is clean with a wonderful location. 6 min walk to town and places like Cabo Wabo the marina and even Walmart. Walk a few steps you are in the beach, walk a little more and you are at all the talked about beach bars.. Mango Deck The Office etc

Nothing. Don’t let other reviews distract you saying they only had two places to eat if u walk 20 ft you are at their sister hotel with 3 more places to eat and 3 more pools

The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all excellent!! The location was perfect. It's beachfront, it's walking distance to Plaza Bonita Mall and Marina, where all the shopping, restaurants, and excursions are.

What I didn't like was the guest room. On the first day, so many things were missing in the room: only 2 bath towels, no hand and face towels, no bath soap or bath gel; one tiny bottle of shampoo, no conditioner; no bathrobes, no slippers; there was a coffee maker but no coffee. All these were essential in a 4- to 5-star hotels.

The location was excellent, with a wide variety of food options and high-quality restaurants. Unlike others, we never had any issues finding chairs by the beach or pool. The staff were genuinely friendly and always smiling, which made the experience even better. Although there were many teenagers partying at the hotel, we traveled with our baby and weren’t disturbed at all. Everyone was respectful, and the overall atmosphere was very family-friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place to families with children.

The rooms were a bit outdated, and the beds weren’t the most comfortable. Normally, older rooms make me feel uneasy because they can come across as less clean, but in this case, everything was very well maintained, and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. We spent most of our time outdoors, and by the time we returned to the room, we were just ready to sleep—so the condition of the room didn’t really matter in the end.

Our family stayed at Pueblo Bonito Blanco Los Cabos Beach Resort for a week, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were the highlight of our trip—welcoming, attentive, and always going the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. The resort's location is perfect, right on the beach with breathtaking views and easy access to their sister properties, which added variety to our stay. The food was outstanding, with plenty of delicious options to suit all tastes. The property was clean, making us feel safe and relaxed throughout our visit. We highly recommend Pueblo Bonito Blanco for its excellent service, prime location, and unbeatable value. We can’t wait to return!

The only small downside was that the beds weren’t as comfortable as we hoped, but this was a minor issue compared to everything else the resort offers. For the value, this resort exceeded our expectations.

The all-inclusive option exceeded our expectations. It includes alcohol (not top-shelf, but the wine was excellent, and upgrades were reasonably priced) and comes with a convenient bracelet that serves as your room key, allows you to charge anything on the property, and provides access to 24-hour room service and a wide variety of dining options—all seamlessly included in the package, eliminating the need to carry a wallet.

The room was large with a BEAUTIFUL view and full kitchen, pull out bed, separate bedroom with two beds and a small bathroom. However, the beds were verrrry hard and flat and could use a major upgrade. After a few nights it was pretty painful and the pillows didn't help. Also showers could use upgrading as well. Overall for the price, we didn't expect much more - but its a shame because otherwise it would have been quite perfect.

The service was excellent, the food was amazing, the rooms were spacious, and I really enjoyed the hot tub on our balcony. The views were spectacular. I loved the sky pool such great views.

I wish there was easy, walkway access getting around the resort. It was a little tricky, using the same paths that the golf carts used, in terms of making sure we were out of the way. The gym was very busy, but I guess this is expected during spring break season. Also, wish I could’ve walked or swim a bit in the ocean, but it’s too dangerous to go out into the water.

The staff was fantastic! They were so accommodating. The location was just amazing!

The room is dated at the Blanco. I understand that it is a sea/pool resort, but the room smelled of mildew and in particular the couch in the living room was very musty smelling. The bath/shower could use a makeover. The bedroom feels cramped with the two beds placed in there. One bed is essentially 5-6 inches away from the closet. Mattresses, pillows, and linen could use an upgrade as well.
