The hotel is well located in Downtown San Lucas. There are lots of restaurants, grocery stores, drugstores, souvenir shops around. It is less than 10min walking to the Marina and 20min walking to Medano Beach. The staff is amazing, super friendly and kind, they gave us suggestions of places to go and what to eat. The breakfast was very nice, fluffy pancakes with fresh fruits, coffee or orange juice. The room was very spacious, with two queen size beds, table, chairs, TV, mini fridge and microwave. There is AC and a ceiling fan, which are very helpful and keep the place cool.

It didn't bother us, but be aware that it is a very busy area and it might be noisy during the night. Not the hotel's fault, but if you have problems sleeping, you should have this in mind.

I booked here because it seemed quiet yet convenient for the beach and downtown and importantly that it has self-catering facilities. It was all of this and I really appreciated the quiet family oriented vibe. You can walk to the marina in less than ten minutes. Longer to the main beaches but an uber is literally a couple of $. I had a ground-floor room which made it so easy to be by the pool. Air conditioning was really efficient and the room was kept spotless. Staff were lovely - friendly, helpful, and unobtrusive. The on-site little store is convenient. The pizza place right across the street is excellent not only for pizza but salads and pastas.

What could have been better is the provisions for self-catering - no can opener, bottle opener, one fork, no dishwashing items. Zero provisions like salt, pepper or oil. Only minimal bowls and cooking utensils. It would definitely be inadequate for a couple or family. I bought a few things - glass, cup, openers etc but these things would make all the difference. I had an issue with my fridge freezing everything due to a missing control knob. It was adressed when I brought it up but I still had a lot of wasted food. Just unfortunate. The Interior is a little dated but perfectly adequate.

price was very decent. beds were comfortable. the breakfast that we purchased one morning was delicious and very well priced but the process of ordering and getting correct food and drinks wasn’t very organized. felt very secure and safe durning our stay, the front gate was locked in the evening and there were security guard’s outside all night and early into the morning.

the shower was very dirty, dark and leaked all over the bathroom floor. staff didn’t speak English very well. website showed free breakfast was included but when I checked in i was told no breakfast was included.

The staff makes you feel so welcomed, almost like family, the hotel is very clean, and whatever minor problem that arises is handled quickly. The location is spectacular, so close to good restaurants, and you can walk to the marina, and go shopping. I would consider Hotel Santa Fe Lo Cabo a 5 star hotel, and I would stay there again and again.

Free parking. We were in ground level and fishing every day so very convenient to have the car close by.

Nothing really. Maybe the kitchen good of better stocked with utensils. I bought a sauce pan from Walmart to use. Unfortunately my Spanish is poor and staff didn’t know English well but that’s on me.

We saw a few people eating their throughout the day the language barriers was a problem we didn't know if breakfast was included the place was a little off the main drag but a close walk to shopping and restaurant's other then a rooster crowing in the morning traffic noise was minimal

Very helpful staff, tasty breakfast, walking distance to stores and beautiful marina boulevard. Mini grocery store inside of hotel.

A little bit to small swimming pool and short time of sun around of swimming pool.

It's a bit apart from the party area, which for us was a good thing. In any case, walkable distance to all major attractions. It has a small market in the property, so buying the essentials is easy there. You won't find only foreigners in this hotel, but also locals.

Liked the location.

The room did not have plates and utensils, bathroom was old and with a rusty shower, no hot, even warm, water.... We have stayed in other Villa group places in Cabo and they were well kept. This one needs a serious remodeling. Front desk young lady was very kind.

The restaurant was great and overall the hotel was quite nice for the price. Staff was friendly but nobody spoke any English....so communicating your needs was an issue. Loved having the little onsite store ....very handy and well priced.

WiFi was crappy in the room....needed to go out by the pool for a decent signal. Lighting in the room was not great. My stove had one of the two elements that didn't work. If you are expecting hot water........just don't.....it is lukewarm at best.
