The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Location was in a non touristy area so you met the locals. They could not have been more pleasant. Very safe neighborhood! Was a little walk to and from the beach. But I needed the exercise!!

I thought the property was going to be a 4 star hotel. More like a 2 star. That’s ok , staff were great.

A bit of lack of maintenance. One thing I really didn't like is that there is a light switch and electric connection right next to the shower. That made me feel unsafe. Room 21.

It was in central area of the city and could reach it walking. All the services worked, the internet worked very good, there was always a member of staff to help. It is a calm hotel in a calmed area.

The furniture (TV stand) was cracked, the bed base were two old mattress piled up, the shower needed some cleaning on the floor.

Awesome location, simple unit, tv hot water. It is a great opción just to be safe spending the night

- Comfy big beds - Good price - Nice staff - Good customer service - Solid WiFi - Quiet area and hotel The good definitely outweighs the bad.

- Pricing was inconsistent and seemed made up on the spot. First night they added 100 pesos on top of listed booking price, at the time ~750 total. Second was paid through booking, no problem (~550). Third was a flat 500 cash, interestingly when booking said they were sold out. - One room was missing toilet seat, shower curtain and tv. - Lightly stained sheets on two occasions.
