The space felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed—like having my own apartment in the heart of Cabo. The room was spotless, the AC worked great, and I appreciated the strong water pressure and the separate sink area, which made sharing the space easier. The rooftop was a highlight: great views, a hot tub, and a relaxed vibe. The location felt safe and walkable, with easy access to a smoothie bar, pharmacy, and vegan spots. Check-in was simple, and the whole experience felt smooth and comfortable.

There’s a small gap in the window frame that lets in a fair amount of street noise, which was noticeable at night. It seems like a construction oversight that could be fixed with some insulation or sealing. The room could also use a few finishing touches: no end tables or bedside lamps (just overhead lighting), a loose bathroom light fixture, and some rushed paintwork. The rooftop furniture is a bit worn and could use an update. I also saw comments about loud guests—everyone was respectful during my stay, but I can see how it might vary.

We were a group of 4 women celebrating a birthday and it was the perfect amount of space. We were looking for something clean, modern, with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms all for under $200/night relatively close to downtown. Lumina fit the bill and met all of our expectations! Check-in process is easy. Loved the convenience of a door code so no need to carry around a key. Concierge is quick to respond to any questions via WhatsApp. Rooftop gym had no machines but light dumbbells and bars for a quick workout session before starting the day. Rooftop pool was a little chilly for some of my group’s preference but great for a refreshing dip. Kitchen was equipped with enough utensils, glasses (including shot glasses!), and dishes for 4 plus salt, pepper, dish soap, sponge, and dishwasher tablets. Beds were super comfy and the showers had great water pressure and consistent heat.

Location was more residential and uphill so we couldn’t really walk to any restaurants/shops but everything was a quick 5-min Uber away. Lighting is pretty dim in the bathrooms and bedrooms for putting on makeup.

The toilet on the first bedroom was liking and so much noise, we saw some cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom.

plumbing needs some attention - the kitchen sink faucet sprayed water all over and was loose. master bath faucet was loose. shower head barely sprayed water and had very little pressure. I don't like those rain shower heads in general, but this one did not work well. they need a plumber to go through and adjust-tighten-clean all fixtures.

Staff are non existent, can’t be reached through messages or WhatsApp. Once you’re checked in, you’re on your own.

Loved the property and 24 hour security. Close to great restaurants and secure parking below.

Wi-Fi seemed to drop a lot and fitness center not yet open.

Huge spacious apt in a brand new building with food options right outside. The bed was comfortable and supportive, large bottles of toiletries in the bathroom, everything you need to cook basic meals in the kitchen, beautiful rooftop space, and doorman made us feel safe. Walk to the marina in about 20 min or take an Uber for around 80 pesos. Super convenient check-in/checkout with keypad entry. Doorman can hold your bags for you if needed.

I was afraid it would be noisy from reading reviews, but I am a light sleeper and aside from the rooster across the street and occasional dog barking, noise level was completely tolerable. They included earplugs if you need them.

Condo's were lacking amenities. Beautiful space but was not provided with enough to have a comfortable stay. We booked for 3 adults and were only provided with everything in sets of 2 ( 2 towels, 2 wine glasses etc). We had zero cleaning supplies besides paper towel (how were we suppose to clean our cook top?). The condo is advertised as an oven, but it's really just a small, not very powerful toaster oven. When reaching out to the host regarding more towels etc., they were unresponsive and got back to us 2 days later. A bit challenging when only staying for 5 nights.

Beautiful newer building, upstairs view and pool and even a firepit gave such a comfortable vibe, Almost cancelled because someone else had given bad reviews...one person wrote there was feces on the floor in front of the toilet upon check in....completely untrue...the beautiful tile had a brownish marbling consistent thru the whole unit. The place was pristine, roomy and the bed was comfortable. A 15 minute walk to Marina. We will stay here again!

There is nothing that I can think of. Honestly.

Really spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with balcony, kitchen and all new modern amenities. Rooftop infinity pool, gym and Jacuzzi with a nice view of the city. Enjoyed being able to walk to the marina and main drag. Check in and out was a breeze. Communication with property was prompt. I would book again.

Hot water to the shower was a little inconsistent.
