I like the room and location. It had a nice view. The hotel was clean and when I arrived they welcome you and take your luggage which was nice. I liked that. They had coffee as well which was a great addition.

When we were leaving, the staff didn't pay attention to us anymore. They didn't even helped us with your luggage only when we arrived. Plus we were thirsty and we ask for a bottle of water because our room had free waters but were gone. They didn't give us courtesy waters, they charged us. Restaurant was ok, the food was cold. Plus there were alot of stairs. It will be nice to have an elevator.

I really LOVED the view and since this was a quick one night stay it was amazing to wake up to the bay view in the early morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Not recommended for someone having a lot of luggage, as there are many many flights of stairs. I was really looking forward to the bathtub and taking a bath but the jacuzzi jets were horribly dirty and moldy with black scum inside of the jet parts, easily cleaned out with a good scrub brush to get it clean.....i was extremely disappointed to not be able to take a bath after a long flight and arriving late at night. The bathtub was the main reason I booked this room so being disappointed this was was a bummer.

View of the bay, boats & city lights was nice. The poolside dining area was very convenient, and prices reasonable. Family run unique hotel built into the hillside overlooking the city & the bay. About 10 min walk down a quiet cobblestone road to the boat dock, main tourist district and boardwalk. The family & staff who run this hotel are very kind, attentive & accommodating.

Pack lightly because there are a lot of stairs in this hotel... .. plus the road to the hotel is rock/cobblestone so not somewhere you'd pull your suitcase along for a couple blocks. Sadly the hotel has a neighboring property that was once a gas station, and they won't take down their old metal awning over the abandoned pumps... its a bit of a rusty eyesore to the right edge of the otherwise beautiful view of the bay. I feel sorry for the hotel owners, because they've tried over the years to get the old awning removed but with no luck.

Book the private infinity pool room; it is worth it! The AC worked really well, the room was spacious, there was plenty of storage space, and the black out shades were effective. The location is great because you can easily walk to town (there is a pedestrian bridge over the water) but the location is very quiet. Even as a solo female, I felt comfortable walking home alone at night.

The pool was shaded in the afternoon (This was in December), but it was warm enough where it did not matter to me.

We had a wonderful stay here . Our room was very spacious . Comfortable king size bed . Air conditioning , ceiling fan . Very good WIFI , even in the rooms ! Big TV with Option of Cable r Netflix . Coffee machine with free bag of local coffee. Free bottled water Bar fridge bath robes , face clothes Our room had a cold water jacuzzi , very nice in the hot weather incredible views of Zihuatanejo , and if you are a early riser you can catch the amazing sunrise . The hotel has a great infinity pool to cool off in , with a restaurant beside it that has tasty food . The staff are very nice! The hotel is about a 10 min walk to town , with a few great restaurants close by .

There wasn’t anything that we dis liked but we suggest that if you have mobility issues , choose a room on a lower floor as there are many stairs to climb .

The room was clean, the staff was super friendly, and the bed was comfy. The view from the room was gorgeous and great for just chilling while watching boats go in and out of the bay and sea birds dive for food. The walk to the central touristy area is about 10 minutes at a relaxed pace, and there are several good restaurants within 2-3 minutes of the hotel.

My booking stated that this was a queen room with Hot Tub. After a year of cancer treatments leaving me unable to spend much time in the sun for the time being, the shaded Hot tub was the reason I paid extra for this room. But it was not heated water. It was a chilly bubbling pool, so I was quite disappointed at the mislabeling in the room description. I really really just wanted to spend a couple of days being embraced in a warm water hug while staring out at the sea.

This is a beautiful hotel. Well maintained and clean. The staff is wonderful and helpful. We very much enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again.

I have no complaints about this property.

We’re initially put in room with connecting door to another room. We could hear a pin drop next door. Appreciated that they moved us to another room after a couple of days.

We stayed in a room with a small pool and a beautiful view of the water. The staff were amazing at attending to our needs and were very friendly. The room was clean and the a/c worked great. The hotel is VERY close to the centro where all the shops/food are. Just a short 5 min walk away!

The pool in our room was not clean when we arrived, but they were able to clean it our second day there. Our shower water was not hot. It would get luke warm but nothing hotter than that.

Loved the view and ease of walking into Zihua. Lovely staff who were always open to answering questions Great book selection Loved the pool after a day of exploring
