This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. An amazing comfortable hotel in the best location. Easy to walk to great restaurants and the beach. I also used Uber to go to centro. My room was very big and comfortable. I was there only two nights and could have stayed more. The price was very reasonable considering the location and the comfort. My room cost also included a breakfast at the onsite restaurant and it was also very good.

Great location near the start of the Malecón. Close to many shops and restaurants. Clean facilities, nice pool, good breakfast. A nice place for families. Excellent security for both the guests and the vehicles. Dogs are allowed, we stayed with our large one. We had a balcony facing the pool. We could hear the kids playing but noise stopped at 10 every day. From our room we couldn’t hear any noise from outside the hotel. Staff were great to deal with. Highly recommend.

Ana Valdez at the front desk is one of the most efficient and professional hotel employees I have dealt with. I am a professional birding guide and travel frequently throughout the world and stay at many hotels. Ana is top notch in every way. Always cheerful and willing to help with whatever I needed. I really enjoyed dealing with her. The hotel is conveniently located and most importantly has a parking lot for guests with vehicles with access 24/7. This is important to me as we usually leave the hotel very early in the morning and I never have to worry about accessing my vehicle. The rooms are always clean and perfectly suited for my needs.

I wish there had been coffee in the lobby.

The pool was being resurfaced while we were there. It would have been nice if someone were to let us know that the pool was not going to be in use during our stay.

Nothing to complain about. The staff was welcoming and the rooms were clean and as described.

Staff are very security conscious with guards always at the front doors and in the parking area. The location is excellent with restaurants and the malecón close buy. The hotel is well insulated so noise from parties and music is not a problem. Beds are comfortable, rooms are modern and clean.

Great location, super helpful staff

Too much noise coming from the pool until late. We retired early and it was too noisy. Also a lot of neighborhood noise and music all night long. The breakfast was lame

Breakfast was outstanding as was your wonderful staff however something you have no control over was partying on the street until 4:30 am.Not a quiet area if you want sleep.
