The restaurant was excellent for both the breakfast buffet and menu ordering. They even grilled fish we had caught, and it was outstanding. Prices were very good for both food and drinks. The staff was extremely friendly, fun, and attentive to all our needs. The pool was great - nice and warm, and very clean. The location was perfect for our family (2 boys, mom & grandma). We had a nice 1 bedroom suite. We stayed 10 nights.

Guest Laundry was minimal.

It was a great value for the money. I read a couple of reviews that mentioned cockroaches and other things and it scared me a little, but we never met on. Awesome location and staff but the facility is definitely dated and in need of updates.

It is in need of some TLC, updating. Not enough outlets, not cable tv, internet was spotty, and the make-up mirror in the bathroom just needs to be removed. It was rusty and gross and didn't even work.

Location. In middle of Golden Zone on the beach. Excellent. Staff amazing: big shout out to Marcos, Artherudo, the two separate shift barmen genuinely hilarious and of course, The Big Book of Fishing!(?) All staff were great at making you feel welcome even though Spanish was not my first language. I didn't forget to tip these guys as they worked hard and definitely deserved it. Room spacious, clean, comfortable well serviced, Aircon, TV and kitchenette worked well. Balcony was large and mostly private. WiFi in the studio room was strong signal and consistent. Lifts work well, quiet and efficient. Great communication prior to arrival. Restaurant was good quality in choice and cuisine.

If up to date fashionable decor is a must, swing past this place. It is in need of a brush up, modernisation and sprucing up. It didn't bother me so much, but to some expectations might be higher. Be prepared for some external noise, sometimes loud at all times of day and night....not necessarily the fault of RV hotel, but it is a fair to warn. Used toilet paper in basket, not pan....but it would be good to have a reminder notice for those coming from places this procedure isn't normal. WiFi sometimes dropped out on balcony. Also, not many charging points/electric sockets by the bed. I had restricted sea view.

The facility was very clean, the employees were very helpful and friendly. I would like to return if I didn’t have to fly we had trouble with American Airlines once going down three times coming back.

There was nothing that I did not like about the property. We were conveniently located to restaurants and shops and a nice fresh market grocery store.

I liked the staff. Very friendly and accommodating when we asked to move to a sunnier room. Location is great. Beds and pillows were comfortable, updated headboards. Good shower. We could hear the ocean.

We had our 1st night in a room that didn’t have updates and smelled musty. Front desk suggested we move to the other side of hotel which we did the next day. Sunnier room. Didn’t use the stove top, cabinets need to be updated which I think they are getting around to. Pool area gets crowded on cruise ship salsa class days.

Exceptional, as always. The doormen and staff are welcoming, friendly and well mannered. The staff always helps and makes us feel at home. The cleaning ladies take pride in their work and are very helpful as well. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and informative of Mazatlan and it's activities. The staff always stores our luggage for a few hours even after we check out. No rush, no hassle. We've stayed in over 20 different resorts in Mazatlan through out the years and this is one of our favorite spots in all of Mazatlan. The rooms are adequate and the location is centrally located with quick access to all necessities and shopping as well.

This place exceeded. This place was amazing… all the staff there are so nice and friendly from the front desk, bar staff pool staff, buffet staff, bellboy staff house keeping we’re all so nice . We are a family of five with three little ones. It’s a parents mom dream resort it meets all of a moms worries… we are definitely coming here again and we can’t wait… the pool was amazing and clean plenty of lounge chairs . I do wish the jacuzzi was heated.. but not a big deal for us….the food at the buffet was amazing and the food options at the pool as well. This place does not disappoint. The location is perfect as well…

didnt like the people that were on the side of the elevators bottom floor offering some kind of trip packages kept offering their trip packages even though we kept telling them no there was a guy named jorge that kept following me offering the same thing made me feel Uncomfortable

Service was great. Location was amazing just what I was looking for Beachfront!, Everyone was so helpful I want to give out a special THANK YOU to Arturo he was so helpful and Super Nice, making sure we were taken care of giving us the best referrals. Massage was amazing....

I work with children everyday as a healthcare provider, I was looking forward to QT by the beach/pool thought kids would be in school lol... Did not know Mexico had a different school calendar other than that everything was Great

Location. Beach right outside the back of the hotel. Food available right in front of the hotel. Food from bar at good price and delicious.

The elevator during a rush takes way too long. It seems as if only one works at a time. There's only two in the whole hotel. When you rent a table, every staff member has a different answer on price and times available. Life guard can tone down the cop act when it comes to papers being wet when taking towels.
