The staff were amazing, pool area was relaxing and had a great time. The restaurant food was delicious 😋.

The aircon in the room, it was extremely hot at night . Woke up around 3am and called receptionist they sent out the technician but was not able to fix it. Second night i asked for fan, another gentleman came and did nothing that would have fixed the problem.. it was another hotel sweating night.

Excellent location in hotel Zona Dorada, great Panamá restaurant and bakery on site, attentive staff at all stages of the hotel, excellent value overall. Very impressed and plan to return in the future.

Self car parking lot across busy street needs repair of potholes it doesn't fit the rest of the hotel's services though valet parking was very Good 👍🏻. Wifi 🛜 was spotty at times and had to reconnect manually at times.

The hotel is a great place to chill out for a few days. Although part of the pool is undergoing renovation and was closed, the remaining part is still big enough. There is a direct access to the beach. The area has a number of restaurants around in addition to two in the hotel itself. The rooms were big.

The wifi in my room wasn't very reliable during the hours of peak demand, but this is really the only negative comment I have.

The location is good if you have an ocean-view room, otherwise you will face a very high 24/hour traffic avenue. We had a renovated room with ocean view, comfortable, clean, good-quiet air-conditioner. Wifi is free but low signal in the room, normal strength in public areas. Very good Japanese restaurant in the hotel and several nice ones with seafood in a walking distance

No room service, no mini-bar or any small fridge, breakfast is only a la carte in Panama restaurant where the service is extremely slow, the food is more or less ok, but waiting 40 minutes for an omelet kills the experience.

Location is superb. The Palms has begun a major construction project operating from sunrise beyond sunset. The cranes, heavy machinery noise is quite loud. This probably continues a few months. The new facilities on the ocean will definitely add to the amenities.

It was great, specially having Panama restaurant accessible.

The only thing was, that make sure when they get a room clean and ready for next guess they also check under the beds since we found empty cups and food wraps when we got there and started putting are stuff away and my son was putting some of his sandals under the bed he notice those items. Other then that everything was great.

Noise from road was not to bad but better soundproofing is needed. Loud people and music in the hallway our last day there on a Friday night.

Loved the place.. the food was great. The front desk service amazing the hotel staff was wonderful. The hotel was a bit dated in our room.

The phone did not work in our room. The pool need a make over, however it was still amazing and beautiful and a great stay..

Pool. Just next to the ocean. Panama restaurant inside the hotel. This restaursnt is a famous local restaurant chain with a great variety of food for brekfast, lunch and dinner.

Rooms. - poor light. They have only lamps with dim yellow light - rooms with street view doesnt have balcony. Therefore you dont have a place to dry tour clothes
