The facility itself was new and clean. Big clean, great room with ocean view. Great pool area, dj on pool areas was fun, pool area servers, and bartenders were great. Welcoming staff and great customer service from the valet to the lobby and overall everyone was nice and helpful. House keeping was great as well, aways on top of making sure we were happy. They have a Starbucks in the lobby for those Starbuck drinkers, walking distance to liquor store, bars, clubs, restaurants, exchange money.

The hotel has beach access but the hotel does not clean or maintain the beach due to there is a local beach access right next to hotel. It is sad to see so much trash and that people don't pick up their trash from the beach.

Good location, nice and clean rooms.

That security exposed me to danger, I tried to come back from the beach like at 8:40 pm and they told me I could not enter the hotel because they had closed that entrance because of the pool. I understand the swimming pools were closed but I only wanted to enter to go to my room. Security guard was very rude.

Lovely spacious room on the 13th floor with a great view of the city and a partial ocean view. Tea/coffee making facilities and fridge as expected for a Hilton. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Good cleaning staff.

The shower wet the floor and the shower head was difficult to direct. Breakfast options got a bit boring after 3 days..

Clean hotel, nice pool area, on the beach.

Internet was very slow did not allow you to work. Only 2 toilet papers provided for 5 days; then when we asked it took asking twice and waiting 2 hrs. Front desk was not very helpful with angering concierge questions.

The view of the beach was amazing. The pool area was super nice as well as the staff! Super helpful and extremely friendly!

There was an elevator down so the two that were working were extremely busy at times. (This was probably inevitable) The floors of the room were not clean and water leaked out of the shower because of the cracks in the door.

everything was very clean. The view was incredible and pools where very nice and the beach view was incredible. Also the food we got when we were at the pool was very good and the breakfast was the best breakfast I had ever had at a hotel it wasn’t a cheap breakfast you normally get they had a variety of breakfast option chilaquiles, chicken with bell peppers and cream , steak fajitas, squash with cheese, scrambled egg, scrambled egg with chorizo, salads , fruits, sweat bread hot chocolate Quaker Oats about 3 different fresh drinks green juice orange juice and I think pineapple also Coffe. Best hotel experience ever and staff are very friendly as well.

The property was nice , and the room ocean views were amazing .

I was not able to get some work done , the Wi-Fi needs improvement .

Pretty Clean and comfortable beds

Shirt staffed by the pool. they need more personnel to experience Great customer service. People that stay here can enjoy more pool time but drinks and snacks and drinks are not often offered and service is very slow.

Location. Also fitness center.

Housekeeping missed our room one day. Also loud party music until midnight one night.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff also amazing. I would go back anytime and will.highly recommend your property. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
