I've been there many times!

A bit disturbed upon arrival! I booked a first floor ocean front room and they only had a second floor room available and insisted that I had booked a second floor room! As my wife cannot make the steps to the 2nd floor we had a difficult time convincing them that we would not stay there unless we had a first floor room! So they compromised and managed to get us a first floor room the following day! The rest of our stay was as expected!

Our room was very nice! Bottle of Wine with a Happy Anniversary! The Sunset Cafe was amazing for dinner and breakfast as well! Beautiful beach area to swim and layout!

We believe that this is the best beach to stay in grand case - we saw turtles (5) of them from the pier the water was calm and soft blue with little fish swimming around (kids with snorkels would love it) … The cafe at property - food was great when we arrived we had to wait for our room to be ready but shared a chicken wrap (hubby said it was one of the best he’s ever had) we also had breaky on check out this was fine and yum also they have a French / English menu which is helpful. We were upgraded which was a bonus - because we were celebrating we didn’t use the kitchen as we walked to the restaurants which were all amazing Fine dining - le pressoir (delish , pricey, service amazing and French food delish. We arrived on a Saturday - most shops are closed on Sunday … We also hired a car this was cheaper then paying for airport transfer and we drove around the island in a day

The location was fantastic! Accommodation very clean and nice. Housekeeping and security staff of the hotel were very kind.

The restaurant Sunset Café and Bar could do much better. The food was very good but the staff could do with a courtesy course or two. (Not everybody I must admit). But breakfast there would have been so much more agreeable if the staff had been just a little bit polite. After four days we escaped the accommodation to have breakfast and dinner in the village of Grand Case...

The view of the sea from our terrace. There is an independent restaurant on site but we always had breakfast on our terrace overlooking the sea each day, it was beautiful. We ate in the on-site restaurant several times and the food was lovely. The staff were very helpful at all times and any minor issues were solved immediately. The nearby Grand Case high street (5 minute walk) was packed with excellent restaurants. We ate in the Lolo’s which are street market restaurants as well as Ocean 82, and for my birthday we went to L’Auberge Gourmande which was fantastic the service and food were amazing it was like being in a top restaurant in Paris. I would highly recommend the resort and area.

We loved the location, as we were able to walk to town and restaurants for variety, however the restaurant at the hotel was excellent, with good portions and friendly staff. We liked that there was a pool as well as two options for the beach. Always chairs available for sun or shade. Javon, at the beach desk was amazing.... provided us with tours, beach accessories and any information we needed. The rooms were up to date and very clean. The housekeeping staff always available and very friendly. We feel this place is the best place to stay on the French side of St Martin. We felt very safe walking around both night and day there was always security around.

Wish it was possible to close or cover bathroom/front door windows to eliminate light coming in through those windows during the night. Also, it wasn't super-easy to keep bathroom door locked, but staff was very helpful in trying to fix it.

Resort was great… only disappointing thing was that pool/bar area had been promised to be complete by March 1 and we left April 2 and it’s still at least a month from opening… pool is open but adjoining bar/patio area under construction.

We loved that we had 2 choices of the beach. When we came there were not a lot of people so it was not crowded in September. We loved the staff - everyone was extremely nice. We loved the rooftop pool. The young gentleman that leases kayaks was very helpful and kind.

I wish the gym was a little cooler.

Everything was beautiful from Wake up breakfast to going to sleep seeing turtles at 8pm Almost everynight bartender were so night drinks amazing
