I liked the town centre location, the period property, the large windows with great view of the church, comfy beds. It is not a luxury hotel, simple but has all you need, is clean and comfortable. Friendly staff & great continental buffet breakfast.

There are a lot of stairs and no lift, was noisy at night with the window open as right by a lively bar (we had a 1st floor room at the front). But the double glazing was really good so not a problem when the windows were closed.

Albert is a pleasant small town with an excellent underground museum dedicated to the men who perished in the horror of the Great War. The hotel was right in the centre and very convenient. We eat in the restaurant and enjoyed our meal, and breakfast was a French style buffet which was good enough. The hotel could do with better soundproofing but the beds were comfortable. We were able to keep our bikes in the locked back garden.

Rather noisy when other gusts moved around.

Continental buffet was adequate. Bed was very comfortable, although the bedroom walls were thin. People in the adjacent rooms could be heard very easily. The restaurant served superb meals from a varied menu.

Found the bathroom rather small, although the shower was good.

A superbly located hotel in the centre of Albert, perfect for exploring the surrounding battlefields. The hotel is professionally run, clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was tasty and healthy and there is an exceptional restaurant attached to the hotel. It serves the best food in Albert, in my humble opinion!

Nothing. It’s perfect if you want a well located, reasonably priced and exceptionally comfortable base from which to explore the surrounding area.

Breakfast was good, with hot and cold choices as was the evening meal, restaurant was full so that's always a good sign. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and there is street parking in the center though we parked our motorbikes on the large pavement in front of the hotel.

Having to climb a narrow stair to the 2nd floor , but it was easier coming down :)

The hotel was in the middle of Albert which was very convenient ... there was parking available ... Hotel staff were very pleasant, the room was comfortable. The restaurant was very good!

Breakfast could have been better ... just a couple of bread rolls and mini croissants/pain au chocolate. I know our visit wasn't "in season" but full size croissants for breakfast should be normal in France??

We arrived early but were allowed to check-in and access our room. The hotel is right at the heart of the town and has a nice vibe. We enjoyed a very pleasant dinner outside the hotel in the evening.

Breakfast was good but seemed very sterile - everything pre-packed and not a lot of choice. I assume that this is a hang over from Covid.

Nice little family hotel. Perfect location opposite the Basilica and very interesting museum of the Somme. Nice friendly staff. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant. A nice area outside the hotel with a few bars and fountain overlooking the Basilica.

Slightly disappointed by the profiteroles for dessert.

Hotel is in the middle of town, close to everything, including museums, parks, restaurants, and markets if you need anything. The rooms are tiny but the beds are comfortable. Rooms and bathroom are super clean. Outlets for phone chargers and such are a little inconvenient and if you are traveling with luggage, space is an issue. Be aware there's no elevator. The hotel has no parking, but street parking is fairly ample and free. Good choice if location and cleanliness are important. Also...the view from our window was lovely! There is also also a restaurant on premises. All in all it was a good choice if you want to be close to battlefields and memorials and not stay in a bigger city. Albert is delightful!

The only blip we had was if you need something from your car late at night, we couldn't figure out how to get out, as they lock all the doors up, and no 24 hour staff that I could see...but I didn't try very hard.

Great place fab location just a lovely place to stay.
