It was good, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. The location on the industrial estate was fine, it was only an overnight stop. Not really suited for a longer stay in our opinion. Dinner in the dining room was excellent too. The fact there was free parking right outside our ground floor chalet was really great.

Probably only the location as it was a bit run down and grubby outside. But once inside it really didn't matter at all. Very comfy. Kettle, coffee.... ☕😊

Room was small but clean and bed was very comfy. We liked that there was a grass area to walk our dog and that we could park next to room. There was a supermarket 2 minutes down the road. It was a good place to stop on our journey up to the channel tunnel will stay again. On an industrial estate but some green spaces around the hotel and so quiet and peaceful.

Very clean and comfortable. Good evening meal and breakfast. Excellent shower and huge, comfy bed. External areas neat and tidy. Handy to park outside room. Staff pleasant and efficient. Altogether a very well run and nice place on the edge of Alencon.

Breakfast stopped at 9 on a weekday which felt a bit early. The bed was brilliant but quite tight on one side of the room with the TV on the wall a slight hazard!

Great customer service from Mrhdi, Rudyard and Nicolas when we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Great evening meal cooked by Nicolas and table service with Mehdi. Plenty of choice and a large buffet as well. It was our second visit to Campanile Alencon in 6 months and they remembered us, which was very pleasant. Great to see them working as a team to get the restaurant cleaned up ready for breakfast. Comfortable, basic room. The accommodation is fine for the price. Parking right outside the door is great for unloading and loading the car. Kettle in the room for an early morning cuppa. Breakfast is great! Such a wide choice of cereals, bread, fruits etc. Ideal stopover for us driving from Spain to Calais.

Nothing not to like for the price!

The room was clean and well appointed. Staff were courteous and helpful.We only stayed one night and the location was perfect for getting back on the motorway. The food in the restsurant was good but simple.There was a good choice at breakfast

It was very hot and a lighter bed cover would have been good.

We were not in time for dinner unfortunately, however, breakfast had a wide choice of meats, cheeses cereals, yogurts and fruit. Eggs, pastries, breads, cake and brioche. coffee on tap and juices too. Bed was very comfortable. tv and tea and coffee in the room

All was what we needed so nothing to dislike. Maybe as one other said a bit dated but others might say character.

The buffet, which we have eaten many times during the last 20 years was even better this year. We were delayed twice and eventually arrived two days late. The restaurant has become so popular that we had to wait for a second sitting! We found the car chargers on the parking very convenient

Would've liked a,fridge in room. Would've liked an option to pay a little more to have chips AND green beans but told this,was not possible.

Nice and modern room, very comfortable bed and good location.

My only criticism of the room was the missing vent cover in the bathroom. It looked dirty and small flies were getting into the room from the bathroom vent not being replaced.

restaurant was nice good menu and selection friendly waiter and nice food easy access and parking. the room was adequate although somewhat dated and a bit run down it was clean and the bed was so comfortable overslept and missed breakfast!!!! all in all better than we expected for a travellers motel, we would actually stay there again

bit run down could do with upgrading and a coat of paint reminded us of "Bates motel"
