Nicholas was extremely helpful in enabling us to get into the hotel with the car and then to access our room, late at night. It was a great relief to have his help navigating the internet access and locating our code. The screen indicated that an American Express card could be used but this was not possible.

We had not been provided in advance with a code to open the outer gate when arriving after normal hours. We had not been told that this would be the code to open our room.However Nicholas dealt with all problems, one of which was a malfunction of the hotel entry terminal.

No stairs - ideal for a disabled guest on ground floor - lift available for upper levels - parking outside room - out of town so quiet - very clean - good TV our 2 well behaved cats were made welcome with no charge.- excellent large wet-room type bathroom Polite and efficient member of staff - showed us how to access refreshments and snacks in entrance after it was locked. Veggi options would have been very welcome ! Good breakfast - no frills hotel - perfect fot a stop over on a long journey - thank you!

No other meal options except Buffalo Grill who were unhelpful and couldnt offer any food for vegetarians Strange situation whereby the hotel was located in what appeared to be a small industrial area but this made no difference and there was plenty of parking and all conveniences except for no nearby vegetarian food outlet....

It is good to have access to the room directly to outside with no internal corridors. The lift also was accessed from outside, directly opposite the reception, again very functional when carrying lots of baggage. Check-in was very efficient.

I asked if the room heating could be turned off and window opened before my arrival. Window was open, but heating on full blast - seemed a little odd. Room was a little warm, presumably with heat coming from other rooms (especially as I was on the top/second floor- I had asked for ground floor but this wasn't possible). Shower was small, couldn't avoid contact with the curtain which was needed if didn't want to flood bathroom.

The guy on duty was amazing and so helpful. It was late and so people were meant to check in on line at the booth but he was around as he knew that problems with the process could occur. He ended up helping everyone out when he should have just been 'on call'. He was very good.

I don't think there was much apart from lack of table space but couldn't expect more for the price. Also.if over 6ft 3 you may not stand up straight in the shower!

We never thought of using B&B as we had not heard of this group. I was totally surprised, the room was very clean and large, we parked outside our room. Big TV on the wall we also found an English Channel. Small negative: no bath, the Shower was good and no Tea and coffee making facilities. You could walk next door to the Buffalo restaurant. Very quiet. Will definitely stay here again. Not far from the motorway.

A little difficult to find, thank god for tom tom. Room a bit small should have asked for a disabled room as one of our party is partially disabled. breakfast as always was excellent.

Hotel openeded at 5pm we arrived at 4.50 and dying for the toilet, another resident let us use their toilet. At 5.05 i tried the door and it was open and the receptionnist was there and obviously saw that there were a few people waitinng outside, he could have come to the door and let us all in. I also requested a ground floor room in writing but the recpetionist did not read this and initially put us in a 2nd floor room until we pointed out to him our request, which he then changed but this should not have happened.

Parking was easy and the breakfast very good with late finish time for tired Travellers The hotel responded quickly to my special requests and they were honored .

The auto check in didn't work..not a problem as we arrived near five when it was staffed. Had we arrived late..... The hotel was tricky to find and only a Buffalo Grill available for food. The bed was hard and the toilet flush was intermittent and the bathroom was very tired but clean

We had an issue getting into the main gate that was controlled by a pin system It wasn’t clear if the PIN code we were emailed was for the gate ?? We kept trying the PIN code but it never worked luckily someone else’s PIN code worked so we drove in whilst the gate was open

Room was a little small, but adequate for a single night stopover. Breakfast was a french style with cold choices and a small array of hot/warm items and was worth having before starting out on the day,s journey. Staff were polite and helpful. Good large and secure car park. There is also a supermarket nearby as well as a Buffalo Grill restaurant next door. There is also a petrol station a few minutes away.

Rooms are a little dated and could do with having a small refurbishment.

I am travelling through France on my motorcycle so it was important that I had security for my bike and I found that at B&B. I was actually lucky enough to park it right outside my room. It was a pleasant, nice but basic hotel. It was clean and comfortable - nice large bed. When I arrived the reception was closed although I understand this is not unusual. The automated check-in was simple and as I'd pre-booked it was straight forward. Good value for the money and no hidden extras. The breakfast (continental) was nice with some scrambled egg and bacon which set me up well for the next part of my journey. I would thoroughly recommend B&B Hotels.
