The location was fine, and we appreciated having safe parking right outside the hotel. We really like the large hotel gardens, especially in the middle of an industrial area. We liked the quirky things like the bicycles as ornaments in the gardens, and the court for playing Pétanque, a game we really enjoy. Restaurant and food were good too,

We find the beds in French hotels are too small - they are only queen size. A King size bed would be far more comfortable, especially for someone who is disabled. The disabled bathroom also needs some attention - I didn't make any notes unfortunately, but every disabled bathroom that I do into, it is obvious that it has not been designed or approved by someone in a wheelchair. I am sorry I didn't take any photos or notes to help more with these comments.

We chose the hotel for convenience on our route North. It is not in the most scenic location but we soon discovered this hotel is a little oasis of comfort and quality. It appears to have benefited from a recent designer update with many features being new and carefully styled. The courtyard garden and pool area was popular and it was interesting to see young adults playing boule. We sampled the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised with our choice. Good selection of breakfast goodies too.

Nothing to criticise. All good.

The room was spotlessly clean, you could open the window and get real fresh air, the lounge chair was comfortable, breakfast and dinner were of a high standard and they have early check-in and late check- out.

The property is not close to a bakery or supermarket. If you have a car, it does not matter, but we were hiking. However, as breakfast and dinner were good, we were satisfied.

We were a group of 8 people (family) and we had booked 3 rooms. During our stay, we met and had most of our communications with Chloé, Jérémy, Colin, Ersin. They were very professional, attentive, responsive, friendly, kind, respectful, and very accommodating to our "needs".

Despite being in a commercial zone this hotel is in its own little oasis with a lovely outdoor pool.

We had an excellent evening meal on the terrace and an equally good breakfast

A great little hotel. Staff attentive. Food good and excellent wine list and slept well. Didn’t get a chance to use pool.

Where not aware it was on an industrial estate but arrived Sunday so was quiet but close to motorway.

Very nice and helpful staff that helped me to find a taxi when I stranded on a Sunday evening at Andrezieux Gare 😅 Spacious and comfortable room with a modern bathroom.

Restaurant choice and quality very good and staff very efficient and friendly. Room very comfortable and plenty of parking spaces.

First bottle of wine we as tad warm but the second was perfect!

The staff were very good. We had an electric vehicle, but the charging point did not seem to be compatible and the staff were very helpful in organising an alternative way to charge by plugging into an internal power point. The restaurant was also very good

The location was commercial with nothing of interest within walking distance, but it had easy access to the motorway and was ideal for a one night stay

Cozy bar area. Good cocktails and meals. Breakfast was fabulous.

Wet room concept in bathroom can get the bathroom soaked!
