All of the staff we encountered were pleasant, helpful, and fluent in at least 2 languages. Our room was clean and had aircon. The beds were comfortable and the room was big enough though not over generous. Secure underground parking was a plus.

The shower cubicle doors didn't leave much room for entry, and there didn't seem to be anywhere pleasant for an evening stroll.

The rooms were perfect, very clean, a bit small maybe but it had all you needed (kettle with coffee/tea, hairdrier) and the beds were very comfortable with good linen. The staff was very friendly and helpful There is a closed free parking under the hotel which is perfect

It is quite far from the center (30 minutes walk).

Clean and modern interior.. Clean carpets in room and hallways. Room with comfy bed , It was a cold night but room was warm Kettle and tea/coffee in room Very good choice in breakfast buffet Free parking underground carpark with direct lift access. Obviously management has attention to detail. .

For our needs everything was fine.

Breakfast was good value for money, location great and parking good - important for us. Room was well appointed and quiet. Appreciated the tea/coffee in the room.

Would have liked bacon with the eggs but there was still a good choice and instructions regarding the car park before we arrived would have been appreciated !

This hotel is a little gem. It is a budget hotel that delivers excellent value. The reception staff were so helpful and welcoming, speaking excellent English. The breakfast was good value and we also had the evening meal which was fine for the price we paid.

Saint Étienne isn’t really a tourist location

Convenient on site parking lot, breakfast on offer, good sized rooms setup for remote work with convening features. The family room for 4 was very nice. including some treats as extras. A room with 2 twins also fair sized, comfortable, same amenities.

Would have been great to have a mini-refrigerator, but otherwise everything we wanted. A bit far from things to visit so made use of the car.

Good car parking (and free and secure). Great staff, really good breakfast ,better than the 5 star establishment we had stayed at the day before.

Not quite as central as advertised, it was a good walk out of the centre.

Great value for a trip south . Fantastic secure fee parking in underground garage . Lovely mattress, food , staff , beer on tap .

The area around isn't great but safe enough in daylight for me .
