reasonable room, at excellent central location, within walking distance of Hotel de Ville, terraces, Telecom St Etienne (Cite de Design). Excellent tram within 2 minutes; train station within 10-15minutes walk. Friendly staff who accommodated me arriving late (11.45pm) and printed flight boarding passes. Only downside is that it was quite noisy in the middle of the night, due to some night owls in the street (next time, I would definitely ask for a non-street side room) I did not use the kitchenette in the room, nor the breakfast service of the hotel (it is simply too hard to compete with boulangeries where one can also people watch). I would definitely come back and, next time, explore the city more (I was here for a conference)

Great for the price and location. Just needs a little updating, but it was clean in the city center with an elevator. The light in the hallway did not come on automatically as I was down the hall from it. Some of my colleagues were near pubs, etc. and experienced lots of noise. The place was very quiet.

The room was very comfortable and clean. It was a good size and really useful having the kitchenette area as we were staying for 7 nights. It was great to have a fan provided in the room as it was hot weather. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, within walking distance of areas with bars and restaurants and also the stadium. The city is very walkable in general. I would recommend Residhotel to others.

Great value, basic accommodation for the evening. Very friendly staff who would have helped if we needed anything. Bed was comfy, room was quiet. Some other guests were noisy but the double doors to the room really helped with this. What a good idea :)

Excellent location in central Saint Etienne. The ResidHotel offers good basic hotel accommodation and an excellent break fast (EUR 11). The rooms have twin beds with a small kitchen area including fridge, microwave and hob. All En-suite.

The breakfast room was small and functional, however the choice of foods was good.

The experience was great. I appreciated the staff.tgey were quite welcoming

Too much dust in the studio. Also the shower curtains wouldn't go all the way down

Like: nice place in the center of the city/ very nice staff/ Dislike: some little flaws in the room (little stains on the wall, shower ...), but on the whole very nice experience

Perfect location in the center of Saint Etienne, with cheap parking for the day (3 euros) when booking through booking.com. Penthouse with 2 rooms, small kitchen, nice bathroom and at an extremely reasonable price. A+++

arriving at the hotel by car and unloading was a challenge. But it worked out well 🤗

There is kitchen inside the room. The facility is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Location is in the city center. That’s convenient.
