Check in was quick and efficient. Staff was helpful. Free parking was a bonus. Airconditioning was a really treat. Breakfast was great, good options available. Location was perfect for the RWC game which we were attending. Answers to our questions came promptly which was appreciated.

Easy to find, adequate for 1 night stay for travelling, beds were comfortable and the room nice and cool

The bathroom was a bit too small, one had to sit on the side to seat on the toilet

Designed to be automatic access /super functional .Worked well on that basis

Price was very high for the level of accommodation- taking advantage of the Rugby World Cup

We have stayed in several B&B hotels and they are excellent value for money. They are great when we are travelling and aren't sure what time we will arrive as you can self check in at a machine in the lobby. Secure parking with key code access. Good value buffet breakfast too.

To carry up big bags up a staircase to the room. It is impossible to think that booking.com will put their customers to this situation . Have a good policy. No hotels for booking.com customers without lifts & room air-conditioning . Start another site for students to book for hotels like this and apartments.

The bed was confortable and the bathroom is normal. The hotel is near to the motorway.

The room is small. The access in the room is direct from outside. The door is with code for access.

bathroom very small, position of the sink made using the toilet a little tricky. Very noisy at night due to somebody screaming outside.

Perfect location for the rugby and as expected cheap and cheerful, but comfortable and a good breakfast.
