Super clean and safe place, feels like a 5 star room with everything you need- kitchenware, bath stuff, even breakfast bags left for me,all set. Great location too, right across from the park. I usually come to Saint-Étienne and would definitely book again

The lighting in the room and hallway was a bit too dim i had trouble seeing the keypad to enter the code to get the keys of the door. The mattress was a bit too soft and gave me some back pain, but everything else was great. I’d also suggest adding a mirror in the room and a small bedside table for extra convenience.

Fantastic little room with everything you need, feels very luxurious and it is very convenient to go to the University buildings. For the city centre, it's a bit further and the walk there is not the nicest (you have to cross the highway), not something inherently negative but you just need to be aware.

I would just like to suggest a few improvements that would make the quality of the stay absolutely outstanding: - A full-body mirror maybe on the back of the door - A lid or two for the pots and pans offered - Laundry detergent available in the laundry room (I'm travelling for a short time so buying laundry detergent is inconvenient!) - More hangers in the wardrobe - For longer stays, offer a weekly clean of the room without having to request it.

Nice and very well functioning little room, with pretty well-equipped kitchenette. Big enough bath tub, which was well-used during the hot days there. Breakfast was also a nice bonus, even I liked to pick up fresh croissants and cold cuts from bakery and market, but nothing went to waste, everything was a good quality. I had some problem with A/C, but the owners (?) were very helpful and arranged another room for me quickly. Big parking place is also very good, even if you travel with a big car, and you can get there in just a minute from large road. If you like to walk, you can reach city center in about 40 mins by foot. The place was also calm and quiet, even there were lots of kids playing in garden another side of the road. I would be happy to go there again!

It was pretty hard for me to see the numbers on the key box in a dim light. HP flashlight and zoom were necessary for the older person. For a kitchenette, I would have liked to have an oven (there are micro) for a couple of times, or at least a toaster. I also would have liked someone to change my bed clothing at least once during my two-week stay. It was hot weather and those definitely didn't felt fresh after such a long stay. But I am not reducing any points because of that, probably owners would have arranged the change if I had asked.

Location is great, bearby highway, beside nice park. Safe and quite place with free parking in private area. Comfortable, spacious, well equipped room. "Breakfast" served/prepared in paper bags for all 12 nights - original, very good solution (no complais). Choose No.1 for next stay!

The "key code" and instructions were sent by e-mail in the day before arival. I had to check e-mail box to go in (you need access to internet). Would be great to send the code also via SMS to phone.

It was easy to find and check in with security fenced car parking. Clean and comfortable with enough facilities. It was very hot when we were there so aircon and fridge very welcome! The addition of a little goodie bag and plenty of coffee pods was great. Great communication from Sebastian about check in too.

Nothing negative for our needs

Clean, modern, visually pleasing and very well equipped studio apartment (good choice for longer stays as well). A paper bag with breakfast was provided in the room. Coffee maker, kettle, small cooktop, microwave etc. available. Parking on site. Check-in and check-out without any personal contact with staff, but the instructions provided by written message made the process easy. Excellent value.

Excellent accomodation for us whenvisiting our son in St Etienne.

The appartement has been sprayed with some chemical which smells bad. An anti odorant or dis infectant? We believe most of these products are toxic and dangerous for our health. Please just ventilate the place to disperse odors of previous occupants. Thank you.

This is a fabulous place, so nice, clean and comfortable! If you had a problem they contacted you immediately and solved it promptly. They left a bag full of food for breakfast, so convenient. We would definitely love to stay there again, totally recommended!

Had some problems when we arrived as the information we should have received through Booking.com didn’t arrive before our arrival. The gentleman who worked for Parc 42 called me and rescued the situation.
