Big room, convenient parking, close to the train station. I've been in a room for people with handicap on the ground floor, and I can tell there was plenty of space (including a big bathroom with no barriers for wheelchair from door to shower).

Check in time is very late. If you want to arrive before 5pm they charge 20% more - this was not very clear when I booked. Hotel sent me a message about that only after the booking was completed. When I complained, they have offered to cancel the reservation without extra fees (I think this was an honest action and a positive point for them!)

Room was sufficient and clean.

The arrangement was odd - nobody at the hotel itself and had to pick up the key at a particular time from the hotel next door. The breakfast was good but completely spoilt by a very rude male staff member. Didn’t have breakfast there after the first day!

Bathroom light comes on automatically which is inconvenient during the night. Restaurant good food, but 2 mistakes made with order (waitress didn't write our choices) Staff a little off hand and unsmiling

Spacious room, good bed.

It takes getting used to go to another hotel with your questions and for checking in and out. It’s not that I didn’t like it, it felt odd.

Very clean and comfortable. Nice decoration. Very helpful and courteous staff Ample parking.

Couldn't work out how to control the heating system so were rather cold....

Minor points: 1. shower was a wet room, but floor did not slope properly so some water ran towards toilet. 2. Curtains left a gap at side.

A great place, walk from the historical center and all the restaurants. Comfy bed and nice design

Good hotel for a one-night stay when travelling. Easy to find, parking in front of the house, old town with restaurants, shopping and Cathedral (worth to visit) in walking distance (10-15 min). Newly renovated rooms, nice colors and fittings, quite stylish; effective airconditioning and good windows (effective noise reduction from rather busy road). Staff is very friendly. Nice breakfast with a variety of fresh cakes, fruit, meat and cheese and more at a very reasonable price.

Double rooms are mostly very small, no space for luggage/clothing and beds are rather narrow (good for one night and if your luggage is not too voluminous), however, for longer stays I would prefer larger rooms.
