Nice hotel in a typical French style. The entrance room is beautifully decorated, and the restaurant is of an excellent quality and in a nice setting. Rooms are comfortable and large, and somewhat old-fashioned but in a cosy way (older furniture, but of good quality). Good breakfast in a small side-room. A few parking spots in front of the hotel, or in the side street
Recommended to ask for a room facing the side street. The room facing the main road is quite noisy at night due to frequent truck traffic, which is still hearable in spite of the double-window insulation.

Dinner was excellent. Extensive wine list from Burgundy. Friendly staff. Although on a busy main road the room was very quiet. Wide choice at breakfast. Arny-le-Duc was an interesting old town.
The room (number 14) was a bit crowded for two of us and a small dog.

Style and location
The bathroom was clean, however was there a typicall smell/odor that was somewhat unpleasant. Pitty that the restaurant was closed on sunday.

Characterful, vintage decoration. In the rooms the beds are very comfortable and there are black out shutters so we slept very well. The restaurant is delightful with superb food. The owner was a winner on the French version of MasterChef and her cooking is really special. We really enjoyed the 5 course tasting menu. Friendly, helpful staff.

Comfortable room with really good bed and high class bedding. A proper old fashioned French hotel with lots of character. Pleasant and helpful staff. We come for the food and dinner did not disappoint! Very good breakfast too.
The bathroom was a bit tired, really needs refurbishment. And parking is a bit tricky, reversing into a busy through road was hard. But these are minor problems, we love this hotel!
