The pool was wonderful and not too crowded. The rooms were comfortable and we were very happy with all this accommodation offered. Our kids enjoyed the kids-club and the location was perfect for easy access to town.

It would have been nice to have some international/English channels on the t.v., we only came across French channels, which was a bit of a disappointment for the kids.

Good rooms with kitchen and all needed. Good swimming pool, amazing children zone, sauna. You can buy fresh bred and croissants at the reception desk.

The property is a bit old, we had leakage from the window and in the kitchen. Linen is clean and white but really saw many uses. Steam room is good, but the temperature is rather low. Additional sauna would be a plus especially when there are so many people. Breakfast looked too expensive

My fourth stay very convenient for the purpose of my visit

Very noisy neighbours fortunately on my last night and since my last visit it could do with a bit of smartening up certain areas of my apartment were in need of repair. Could have done with a comfy chair as dining room chairs were not great during the evening

It is brilliant location for exploring the rural Normandy area. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The wifi in our room was not great and seems to be patchy in the hotel. The pool was a little on the cooler side than usual and the steam room and hamman were out of use.

I book this hotel as a base camp for Normandy exploring and was excellent , good size room , great pool area , nice little town within walking distance , overall great stay for what I was looking for , good price too I didn't read reviews before booking , which I did after and I was bit conscious, turn out , staff speak english , they were nice and helpfull and some people putting reviews are just strange weirdos

To note , in fact there is no other TV chanells but French , I just checked as I don't watch TV it didn't bother me at all, funny thing with WI FI , my companion phone worked fine ,my didn't , but I had my mobile internet which worked fine, so agan not an issue for me

Excellent value, location, and well designed and equipped studios.

Unfortunately, on each of the four occasions we have visited the the experience of the spa has been spoiled by very noisy children in the adults area diving in and playing ball games in what should be a restful therapeutic area and despite this being against the regulations . Staff do not do enough to ensure that intended ambience is maintained.

Lovely quiet location, relaxing , nice indoor adult pool. Small children’s play pool was enjoyable for our toddler, though some of the water jets could do with some maintenance . My main point why put a drainage slope in a child’s pool and not use non slippery tiles. But our room was ideal for our one night stay , wish we had more time to explore area. . We would stay again as you can either have buffet breakfast or order a takeaway pastry breakfast which was ideal for us

The fixed course main meal was bland and not flavourful in the fish sauce, but the buffet dessert made up for that, really tasty chocolate mousse with an orange sauce and a large selection of other desserts and cheeses

No comfortable chair or complementary tea/coffee. No dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid etc. Any treatments had to be taken 10 minutes walk away in the main spa, as was the gym. Photos on their site are a mix of 'The BO Cottage' and the thermal residence and thermal spa so I found it misleading Evening meal in the restaurant was not the best I had during my holiday.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable, pool was nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. The apartment kitchenette were very useful. Location was within easy walking distance to the town via a nice walk down a wooded path. The town itself is beautiful

The access to the swimming pool is great, as well as the beds, and the accessible showers. The bread available for ordering is excellent. Nice people work here. Thanks for the mid-stay cleaning and changing of the lovely bathrobes. Thanks!

The dinner wasn't good value for the money. There were some problems with the pipes and some spaces had a weird smell to them, but luckily the staff was working to resolve this.
