Nice location. friendly staff, who speaks good english. (I miss the dog from last year) Very nice breakfast, with homemade jams and cakes. Very peaceful and secluded. Nice outdoor area around. For those who enjoy walking it's a nice 40 minute walk to Barjac (8 minutes drive)

The beds could have been softer. Just a thin top mattress would have helped a lot.

Breakfast was extra ordinary based on local products. It was served at the innercourt. Very nice

The room was basic but with a nice and clean bathroom

Nothing everything was perfect

Both Jerome and his wife did everything they could to make is feel welcome even though are french is absolutely non existing. Jerome speaks very good english which helped us a lot. Thanks for a good stay - and as much as possible was ecological😃.

The owners were so welcoming and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was outstanding - all locally sourced, bio and homemade.

The rooms we basic - but very clean and importantly the air conditioned worked well.

- Very well located close to Barjac in the wonderful Ardèche region - Quiet and peaceful - Beautiful old « mas » - good local recommandations - owners are driven by their green and sustainable philosophy

- Communication felt somewhat awkward (even a bit aggressive) most of the time and we did not feel very welcome - Lack of options for drinks / snacking / food on site at nighttime. Only option is to drive down to Barjac as walking would take over an hour. - Room was looking quite old and wasn’t particularly comfortable. Had a couple of issues with air con fan squeaking at night and the cleaning staff would come in every single day, even when leaving a « do not disturb » sign, which felt a bit like an invasion of privacy. - Breakfast would have been ok in normal times. In the middle of a pandemic though it felt quite unreasonable to have an open buffet where people can touch all food items with their hands (which most take to their mouth when eating breakfast) without prior sanitizing nor asking guests to wear masks when not at their tables. - Felt overall quite pricey. For that kind of money, we would expect a premium bedroom and more welcoming service.
