Right in the centre of the port with easy access to everywhere you want to go. Great restaurants and bars all along the dock. Clean rooms, good size, overlooking the port. The breakfast restaurant offered good food and great coffee. We were also warned about the DJ playing until the early hours and were expecting the worst however the noise was not nearly as bad as we were expecting, we would not say it was an issue at all. The parking is great and secure across the road as well.

Everything was pretty good, would have been good to have a smart TV in the room however this is a minor thing

Amazing location! The hotel has a club next door which parties until 1 am. The restaurant looks nice, book in advance because it gets full, we were not able to try it. The hotel has a free parking. The lend you beach umbrellas if needed upon request.

The cleaning was not very good. It was good in the arrival, but in between so so. The same with the towels, a little bit old. Downstairs in the restaurant a little bit too much of sea food smell.

Great location in the heart of Bonifacio. Private parking opposite the hotel was huge bonus as all carparks in Bonifacio get full very early. Super friendly reception staff. Nice bar and restaurant right on the waters edge. Other reviews mention noise from the bar next door, this true. It didnt bother us for our one night stay, but it could easily be a problem especially in the high season as people dancing and signing in the street which is just below the bedroom window. Highly recommended though.

Only a bath with hand held shower, no shower curtain. Bar prices very, very expensive.

All the reviews mention the club, which was only going one night we were there (of three). They had probably the best ear plugs I have ever used in the room, which completely killed the sound. I took them out more than once thinking the music had stopped; they were that good. The tradeoff for this relatively minor inconvenience was an absolutely phenomenal location, great parking, great view of the water, and super easy access to the old town and the city's famous cliffs. Everything was in walking distance for my parents in their late 70s and my four-year-old twins. This said, you can also get the rooms at the back of the unit, which have no sound issues (but no view). For me me, the sound from the club downstairs was not an issue.

Parking is super convenient, but make sure to use the upper entrance (and google maps takes you to the lower entrance, where there is no parking and is almost impossible to drive by....it's basically a sidewalk). This is not their fault, so just be aware if you are driving.

Centrally located in compact Bonifacio the Hotel la Caravelle proved to be a delightful and, having booked ahead, good value for money. From the outset all staff were welcoming and willing to offer advice and information. The room (not a harbour view, so relatively quiet) was well appointed, immaculately clean and had a large and comprehensive bathroom. A full-size bath! Quality linen throughout. On the harbour-side the hotel has its own restaurant and cafe / bar - where the high level of service continued. Great for Le petit déjeuner, or afternoon tipple.

2 nights - not enough.

Super comfortable bed and room. Perfectly positioned on Bonifacio Marina. The noise was anticipated and was not too bad actually, so everything was ok.

On Saturday night, we came back and the hotel parking was full. Luckily, we had a small car so after insisting we have been let in to find the last tiny spot. I would suggest to the hotel staff to keep some spots reserved for hotel guests, instead of giving all of them away to the restaurant or club clients. This was a little unpleasant but luckily sorted out.

The view from the hotel was beautiful! And the aircon worked really well. We had also hired an electric car and there was a free charging point to use. Although it was a low power charge so took ages- but it was better than having to find one elsewhere!

The DJ was playing every night past the time we were advised. And it was still very loud. The food at the hotel was so expensive also.

Extremely pleasant harbor front restaurant, and beautiful old cellar bar carved in the rock in the hillside, with guitar music and singing. Charming proprietor Jules and family welcome guests with champagne, and stop by the table to chat. The owners take good care of the place. Good breakfast in elegant B52 bar on the water.

Well, the nightly B52 club music outdoors was going too loud and too long some nights. For balance, however, the cellar bar with guitar music & singers was very pleasant.

Very friendly, helpful desk staff. Check-in and out were quick and easy. The location is wonderful. Walking distance to all the amazing sites in Bonifacio. Right on the Marina, with shops and restaurants all around. Having a gated car park adjacent at no extra cost was excellent. We arrived in the morning but could use the car park even before check-in. Room had tea and coffee making facilities. Unlike some reviews, we had no issues at all with noise. We did have a room in the center of the building, so that may have helped, although it meant we had no sea view. Small compromise 😀 .

Location, location, location - the best thing about this property!!! I think it is a little too pricey for the size of the room and breakfast not being included, but again you are paying for the location. It is located right in the middle of the busy port with so many great restaurants and views. You walk right outside of the back of the hotel and you’re in the middle of everything. Another great thing about this hotel is the PRIVATE parking lot with FREE charging stations for your rental car! That was an extreme plus for me so you do not have to park miles away from your car and walk to the hotel. Reception ladies were very nice and helpful also. I was in room 314 with a harbor view and it was really nice to look out at the port and watch out the window. The beds were comfortable, WiFi was great, and the shower was nice and big!! There is a HUGE downfall to this room and having the harbor view. Please see below in the “didn’t like” section.

The biggest downfall of this room AND being on the harbor side of the hotel is the EXTREMELY loud club, B52, which is located right beneath this hotel. The loud DJ starts around 10:30PM and does not end until 2:00AM!!!!! The loud bass and music is truthfully unbearable. I had 2 sleepless nights out of my 3 night stay. They provide ear plugs in the room but let’s face it - you still don’t get a good nights rest. Avoid the harbor view rooms at all costs if you stay at this hotel - unless you are joining the party downstairs LOL.
