The location just outside Paris was new to us. We have been in Paris 4 times and were going to stay at an airBnb, but they could not store our luggage when we first got off the plane (10:00) from Canada. (while our space was being cleaned). We looked into a storage unit by the Tour Eiffel, but that seemed a 'lot of moving parts' with drop off/pickup/taxis to/from... when the proprietor of Hotel Acanthe said 'Oui we will hold your luggage, in fact we can probably have a room for you' Well, that was worth a lot. And what a find... a beautiful location at the 'last stop' of the yellow metro line. Paris on your doorstep, and the Kahn museum and gardens across the street. Thank you all.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants close by and Metro just 2 minutes' walk from hotel entrance. Lovely helpful staff who are a credit to the hospitality trade and the hotel, most welcoming. Rooms are so clean and really comfortable. I would definately recommend this quaility establishment and a good price for only 8 minutes to the centre of Paris (got off near Eifel Tower)

Parking is great but make sure you know the measurements and weight of your vehicle as it is a tight fit and the car goes on a lift. However, there is plenty of parking locally and only 2 Euros more per 24hrs

Location was nice, breakfast buffet is small but contains everything essential, there is a small gym and a pool table in the lobby area. Got a complimentary breakfast because at the reception the hotel noted I had paid much more (via booking, thank you) than they ususally charge.

The table in my room was dirty when I checked in, which was disgusting and I had to clean it myself. Not something I would expect in a room that costs almost 250 Euro. When I checked in the person at the reception desk told me that I had paid more than they usually charge (180-190 instead of what I paid via booking which was almost 250), so he kindly offered me a complimentary breakfast. When I checked out, another person at the reception desk wanted to charge me the breakfast. There was obviously a lack of communication between staff members.

Exceptional staff. All multi-lingual and friendly. Very helpful and fun. A very laid back atmosphere in a hotel just a few steps from the Metro, with a boulangerie, a mini-market, and beautiful gardens around the square. The air-conditioning was absolutely wonderful, in an Olympic heatwave too. Complimentary fresh lemonade and free cake in reception, large comfortable lounge. Absolutely great hotel for Roland Garros. Walkable on a cool day, but Metro and Bus right outside (Bus 270 I think)

The overhead shower in my room went everywhere. Bathroom looked like the aftermath of a bombed submarine after. Stuck to the handheld shower and the bath after the first try, but it’s a minor gripe.

This is a very comfy, clean and quiet hotel, with excellent service staff and located away from the busy and noisy centre of Paris yet is very well connected because it is at the terminus of metro line 10, Boulogne-Pont de Saint-Cloud in district Boulogne -Billancourt to the south-west of the city centre. We travelled as a couple and got a very good price for our room, note, this was in July just prior to the Olympics and accommodation prices in Paris were lower at this time but may jump a lot depending on events happening in the Capital. Breakfast was extra and reasonably priced with a good selection from the buffet. Travel around and outside Paris is no problem from here because of interconnecting lines throughout the metro transit system, so it is easy to connect with RER C for Versailles or RER B for CDG airport. The area of Boulogne -Billancourt itself is very nice and safe with lots of options to eat out like at Café des Arts beside the hotel or visit the fabulous museum and garden of Albert Kahn. This is also a great area to stay if you are servicing the OECD, either the offices nearby or the main HQ at Rue André Pascal.

Nothing to note.

The staff were very helpful and the location is great, right by the metro and a taxi rank in a residential neighbourhood. They provided an ironing board promptly when asked and left us a nice little note and present in the room upon discovering that we were there for our wedding.

I was contacted by a someone claiming to be the hotel's manager via my Booking.com account messaging function ahead of this booking and tricked into sending money to a fraudulent account - to this date, neither the hotel nor Booking.com has reimbursed me, although the hotel reported ahead of my stay that this would take place. Separately, the bathroom smelled of blocked drains.

The team of this hotel is truly exceptional: kind, smiling, attentive ear, solution-focused, helpful, smiling, with a real commitment to service. A big 10 to them. The hotel is also great, with a good location, 2 mn-walk from the metro station, and with a lovely terrace and nice reception room. Rooms are not too small, and wood floor everywhere. If anything, just speak to the team, and they will any situation. I am very satisfied with my stay, and will return.

I would just say that cleaning checks could be improved. But it is always the most challenging part for any hotel. Overall, it is more of a comment since I really enjoyed my stay.

This hotel was perfect for me. Great location close to the metro. The room, the lobby, the internal garden and the facilities were nice and cosy. The staff was lovely and welcoming. I had a very pleasant stay.

The room was a bit small, but it was great for one person, and the space was smartly planned. If two people stay, navigating the room can be a bit uncomfortable and you might need to do things in turns.

- nice location just outside ring of Paris, metro and bus stations are 2min walking distance - there are nice bakeries around - the garden is pretty - the stuff was friendly - the airco in the room functioned super well - the bed linen was comfy - bathroom is bigger than expected totally worthier the money than same price Ibis!!

we needed a parking space but was not able to get it even there was an empty space. it would be good to make a detailed instruction on paper and just stick it to the wall in the parking lot so that new stuff also feels confident to handle the parking system. Although this is not a big issue because there is a public parking garage 400 meter away with similar price

The hotel was very clean and location is great! Many eateries around with a big grocery store in walking distance. It is but a few steps away from the Metro, so convenient!

The A/C unit was non-operational the first day and night of our stay. It was very warm that day and made the evening time uncomfortable.
