The lady at the desk was exceptional she was very professional and made the check in a breeze , the room was clean as was the bathroom the bed was very comfortable,and the best part was that it was very quiet outside. The courtyard was lovely too! There were tables and chairs where you could relax with a nice cup of coffee. It was the perfect spot to unwind. Overall, this hotel was an absolute steal for the price. I can’t recommend it enough! PS The restaurant was fantastic

We stayed in this IBIS for just one night. Room , bathrooms were super clean. We reached around midnight. There was a person on reception who welcomed us very well and gave all the information, answered all our questions. Breakfast was nice , not many options but it was fulfilling. We like this hotel, I recommend it.

I was traveling with my family and needed a place to stay for the night before continuing our trip the next day. This hotel was perfect for our needs—conveniently located near the highway, with ample parking, and offering clean, comfortable accommodations. The breakfast was simple but very good.

We stayed at the hotel for just one night and found nothing to dislike

Most importantly friendly staff. The hotel is in a good quiet place with enough parking places and a big mall within 10 minutes of walking.

The room was bit cramped for 3 people. But it was something we already expected during the booking.

Even though the hotel was completely full and we arrived late Hussein made us very welcome and did everything in his power to ensure we had a good stay. Friendly and courteous Hussein is your star employee as far as we are concerned. A big thank you!

The hotel was simple, on the outskirts of Bourg-en-Bresse. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were simple but just what we needed for our over night stay. Breakfast was a nice buffet and plentiful. A kettle was available for our own hot drinks as well as vending machines. Beds were comfortable. Parking secure which was good as our car was full of our holiday stuff.

Maybe a little more privacy in the room.

As is typical in France, no coffee or tea making facilities in the rooms. Again, as is typical in France, breakfast is not regarded as a proper meal, a meagre offering.

Great value. Nice breakfast. Nice staff. I commute several times a year from the UK to Rome by car. I am very weary by the time I get to my first stop, so ease of check-in is very welcome.

I arrived late at night and it was not well lit. Being in a semi rural area it was not plainly obvious that I had arrived!

Staff members were especially welcoming and friendly. It was really appreciated. Bed was comfortable, room was nice and cool, black out curtains. Perfect for a nice overnight rest.

An ideal hotel to break a long journey. Check-in is prompt and easy and the rooms are adequately comfortable with all the facilities necessary for a single overnight stay. Staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is enough to get you back on your way the next day. Private parking directly before the hotel and access to the main road network is very good.
