We already stayed the the week before so we knew what to expect, the staff both times were super friendly and helpful. We even asked for some hot water to fill our flask for our onward travel and they gladly obliged. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of natural yoghurts, fruits, muesli, eggs, croissants etc... and the coffee machine was pretty decent too well done.

The evening meal on our first stay was very average you could tell that the pizza was frozen and perhaps microwaved. Not a great selection either. Good beers and wine though.

The room was clean, adequate, the staff were helpful and cheerful, the breakfast was good.

We asked for a quiet room, but a large cycle team was staying at the hotel and they had set up their trucks and workshop below our window at the back of the hotel, and they were working until late, then started early next morning. Worth checking if anyone is using the car park behind the hotel before you accept a room on that side. The double glazed window latch was broken in our room so we couldn't shut out the noise properly,

It is an Ibis and it does what it says on the tin. The breakfast was good and the scrambled eggs were hot, something that rarely happens in any hotel so 10 points for that.

The restaurant was closed. Nowhere was this fact advertised and after a long day's travelling the last thing we want to do is go and find somewhere ro eat. I don't know if this is the hotel's fault or Booking.com's but would it be too much to ask that opening hours are published it is not enough to say 'the restaurant is open' .

Good location, parking immediately outside, bar was open on arrival, clean rooms, friendly staff

Small room, plug socket only on one side of the bed, breakfast could be improved for €14 pp

The hotel room was exceptionally clean. We arrived late and the restaurant was closed, however we were able to get a beer from the bar which was very welcome after a long day of driving. We had breakfast included which was great too

Dinner adequate but re-heated in the microwave, not very successfully. Bedroom cold, lights so dim you could hardly see.

I have stayed here a number of times and it's always good. Staff friendly and helpful , comfortable ground floor room, easy car parking.

Only downside this time was the restaurant was closed.

Very good value for a stop over. It has its own restaurant however the food was very average. We were very tired after a long drive and were grateful to be able to eat at the hotel.

Very friendly and very helpful staff. Nice, easy breakfast. Nice seating area outside which was helpful as the weather was very hot while were there. Good to be able to have a drink at the bar as other bars and restaurants were a bit further away. Good location for main routes outside Bourg en press

Room was a bit small, not much room to walk round the bed but very clean and comfortable. Otherwise everything was just right
