It was my husband's birthday the day we booked and also arrived. We'd stayed the previous night at the hotel across the road (their sister hotel) but were unable to book another night there as we'd arrived during the busiest weekend possible when Calvi were hosting the Motorcycle Trials World Championship 2025! We were lucky to see this room pop up as available during the day and we booked it immediately. I also sent a request for a room with the best view possible. We checked in shortly after 3pm and were delighted to get room 315 which was on the top floor and had the most wonderful view - of the sea, the citadel and the mountains. We were even able to see the sunset from our balcony. The room was great - spacious, comfortable beds and a clean and good size bathroom. The location is great - 5 minutes walk from the citadel and old town and marina and about 15-20 minutes to the beautiful main beach of Calvi. We left our car in the public parking by the citadel which cost €15 for the 24 hours and was about 4 minutes walk away. The pool was fabulous - big and heated to 29C! I loved it - my favorite pool on our two week touring holiday.

The staff were really friendly and helpful A good selection of food for breakfast, including milk choice Good location. Nice having the pool to relax at. Considering we were there at the beginning of August. Guests were quiet, so we had a good sleep. Large triple bedroom. Big bathroom. Just had to work out how not to wet the whole floor, as shower wasn't contained. It didn't take long to figure it out Would definitely stay again

If anything, breakfast was a little more than I expected, but I would say this more to do with the area. Also, TV wasn't in a good place to be watched from the third bed, when we eventually put it on

Lovely rooftop pool with afternoon shade. Wonderful view from the balcony and pleasantly cituated just on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of town.

One of thoose minibars that walked out of the nineties, wanting to overcharge for cold water. A usable minifride would have been far preferable.

Location was good, 5 minute walk from town. Pool was good with nice sea views and plenty seating/sunloungers and coin operated drink vending machine. Rooms were nice, beds comfy and cleaners do a great job and will make the effort to say hello in corridors. All staff were friendly and helpful. Reception let us leave bags with them and sit while we waited to check in on our day of arrival. The decor in the hotel is nice and it is all maintained to a high standard. A lot of hotels don't have kettles so this was nice to see in the room. We didn't have a sea view room but from the balcony the mountain view is impressive, and the neighbour across the road has a friendly cat that you might spot sunbathing on the wall.

A minor issue is that the bathrooms are wet rooms but too small for this so it soaks the whole room if you have a shower. I would happily stay at this hotel again.

Perfect location on quieter side of the Citadel (town id very quiet and safe) with easy walk to the main restaurants and beaches. Pool on the first floor wall lovely. Owners and Staff were amazing - always greeted with a sparkling smile and rejuvenating 'bonjour' when arriving weary back from a hard day on the beach. Staff will happily fill up water bottles as required and nothing is too much trouble.

With size of the bedroom (sea facing) there is plenty of room for a small fridge and the side tables could also be larger - but nit picking

The room was nice and spacious, as was the balcony. I had a good view of the Citadelle and of the sea to the North of the city. The hotel is located very close to the city center but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle there.

The main light on all balconies was turned on automatically every evening with no way to switch it off. - As this attracted mosquitoes I would recommend leaving it turned off entirely as one cannot sit outside on the balcony in the evenings - which is a shame. - Opposite "Hôtel Méditerranée" there are some very noisy external AC units from another hotel it seems. - This is certainly not the fault of "Hôtel Méditerranée" but it still made it impossible to sleep with an open balcony door.

Lovely friendly staff, spacious room, very good breakfast, spotless throughout, good pool with sea view and lots of sun loungers Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the marina and restaurants

Disabled bathroom so obviously no shower door so the shower water did tend to cover the floor. We remedied that with a block of towels on the floor!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was good value for money. Location very good for restaurants, harbour and the old citadel.

The Wi-Fi wasn’t very good, it was very slow. The bed and pillow as were very comfortable but a bit soft for us, we prefer a firm bed, but that’s just our opinion.

Room was nice, good AC, very clean. The beds were comfortable and the beauty products in the bathroom were great!

The website says there is parking but we couldn't park our car in the hotel parking. It was okay as there was loads of free street parking but would definitely expect the hotel to be able to accommodate parking if it is one of their amenities.

- There is a small parking place right next to hotel for additional fee, but you have to book it in advance. Saves a lot of headache with parking in Calvi :) - Old Town is very close - Pool with a view on Calvi Castle, amazing! - Lovely local pizzeria next to hotel and other restaurants just down the street a couple blocks away - Receptionists were very helpful and friendly, made us another key when we lost ours - Clean spacious rooms with air conditioning - Comfy beds
