The property was in a perfect location for our visit in Cannes. The owner upgraded our stay to the balcony room. There was air conditioning in the room and a large TV. Free parking in a busy area was great. The villa has an outdoor area with BBQ free to use and swing chair. We will come back.

The cleanliness of the surfaces can be improved. We know we are fairly particular about the cleanliness so we did a bit ourselves. This is a small issue compared to all benefits of Kimi Residence.

Area of residence was really nice and lovely to walk to main transport links -- front garden was really enjoyable at end of the day !! -- lady in charge really helped out organising taxi etc !!

Very good location near the center, free parking, good WiFi, good room, friendly staff. The room looked recently renovated and had a kitchenette with everything I needed.

Probably we got the last room for the disabled persons. The shower drain did not work, so after 1 minute showering I stood in water. The The WiFi constantly broke up.

EVERYTHING ! This is the perfect place to stay while in Cannes. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay as good as it can be. Amazing atmosphere + safe, comfortable and friendly environment. The room is clean and equipped with all your necessities (hair dryer, kitchen appliances, coffee etc…) The location is great, close enough to town to walk and enjoy Cannes at anytime of the day/night but not right inside the Centre where it’s a bit chaotic. This has been one of our favourite accommodations throughout our Europe trip, could not state a single flaw.

Clean, spacious, nice shower, easier set-up for cooking (recommendation to add a coffe brewer/or instant coffee or add capsules since there was a machine for it).

It would have been great with information on how/what we could use in garden and grill places (which could use some cleaning)

The staff was amazing. The room was cosy and they provided a coffee machine and a few extras which was a lovely surprise upon arrival. A great place to stay if you go to Cannes.

the decoration of the bed above our head gave off a very strong smell of new plastic which was very annoying during night no soap in the bathroom pillows were not comfortable garden furniture was not very clean
