Room was comfortable but it looked like it had polystyrene tiles on the ceiling. (I may be wrong). Breakfast was excellent. Parking there was lots of it undercover but the entrance was very narrow and you had to do a very sharp right turn back on yourself to get in and that was across two lanes of traffic!! going in the same direction. Unable to get in using the road opposite direction . Location on my SatNav showed it as Avenue General Leclerc and NOT Avenue Marchele Leclerc. City map and Hotel address shown shows address as correct so beware of what your Sat Nav says.

We stayed at this hotel because they offer secure overnight parking which we pre-booked for our motorcycles. The hostess was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and tidy. The rooms are accessed by quite a steep staircase and there is no lift so it maybe wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

The room was perfectly acceptable without being exceptional. For us being motorcyclists, the lock up parking area was excellent. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Place Ducale with all its fine buildings, shops and restaurants. The staff were very pleasant, and the breakfast was good.

The stairs up to the second floor are very steep, especially when wearing motorcycle gear and carrying luggage!

We arrived late due to a mishap, the hotel arranged for easy access to the room keys and a code for the secure parking area, as a motorcyclist I appreciated how secure the carpark was, the rooms were more than adequate, very clean with nice fresh bedding and lovely pillows, good water pressure in the shower, very friendly staff.

To be fair I can't criticise anything

The breakfast was very good. The parking garage was really good. The room was spacious and adequate. The staff, especially Madam was brilliant.

The room was old. The bathroom got wet when taking a shower and the water pressure in the shower was bad. There is room for improvement in the cleanliness of the room.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and the service was first rate. We requested a bath, and the room had one. Would not hesitate to recommend the Hotel

We were on the top floor, and the 'climb' was interesting! However, the hotel is bijou, and there is no space for a lift.

Personal care and attention of Mrs Tamara at the reception. She is an amazing service professional . Amazing quality , peaceful breakfast for this level Hotel.

This hotel would be difficult if you have mobility problems 3 floors and no lift but the owners have highlighted this in their advertising, so not a problem for myself

Lovely little hotel. Room and bathroom very well appointed. Staff delightful ... attentive and helpful. Useful to be able to park the car in the hotel's private garage. Very good breakfast too.

Hotel was great, there were plenty of space for parking. Staff was really helpful and accommodating. They have a fantastic continental breakfast; highly recommended. It was an excellent stay overall.
