It’s a nice hotel. Good views, quiet, calm, big and comfy rooms with balcony, all very clean. I could safely store my bike in one of their garages. The staff is friendly, they do their best to make you feel good, I arrived at 3pm, apparently late for lunch, and they made me a sandwich because I was starving (riding my bike for 4h).

In my opinion the restaurant is quite expensive: 4€ a cane of Coca Cola, 15€ a sandwich with 1 slide of ham, 1 of cheese and tomato…. The price would not be a problem it were an amazing sandwich, but it was not the case, it was mostly bread. Also the breakfast could have more options, they offered only one type of cheese… I expected more from a French hotel, maybe I’m wrong.

Very nice, quiet setting, friendly and helping staff with good English. The suite was very spacious and well equipped.

We didn't try the breakfast since it was 15 EUR per person also for children which seemed a bit too much.

Beautiful location..stunning. Room was huge and the bathroom was superb. Fantastic rain shower and even the shampoo and wash were lovely. The whole environment is delightful-lovely grounds, indoor pool, bar and typically French tree covered outside area. The staff were so helpful and friendly despite my terrible French. They even changed my room so my dog could have access to the garden directly rather than having a balcony. Finally the restaurant. Oh my…fantastic. This place is in the middle of nowhere and it was jam packed full on a Thursday night. Not just with tourists, many locals. The food and service was just spot on. Well done!

Nothing at all. Just a couple of suggestions - a kettle etc in the room would be good and a full length mirror so I can gauge the amount of weight I gained from eating in the restaurant!

Everything was perfect. Chloe is awesome. Before our arrival, she answered our questions (about sofa bed for kids, swimming pool and restaurant opening times) very nicely and quickly, using booking.com's online system. When we arrived, she had prepared us a family room with 1 large bed + 2 single beds instead of 1 large bed + sofa bed. She had also reserved us a table at the hotel's restaurant, just in case we needed it (even though she correctly suspected that we had also booked a table ourselves). The restaurant is with the hotel, and it was so delicious ! It gave my children a great introduction to frogs, their specialty :) The dessert was a chef's assortment of mini desserts which were all so delicious. Service was perfect. The swimming pool was then nice and warm. Room was large and quiet, bed comfy. Pretty outdoors.

Gréât location for thé Via Rhona. Quiet. Gréât spacious rooms. Excellent restaurant with menu of the day choices in the evening.

Pool needs renovation as well as chairs and umbrellas surrounding it.

The breakfast seemed a little disorganised -- let's say 'laissez faire', which was fine, really.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good food and service. Beautiful location.

No shade on room or hotel terrace. Room terrace was very dirty needing a jet wash to remove years of dirt. Dinner service was slow probably due to understaffing.
