Friendly welcome by happy team members, rooms to meet the family needs, a pool to occupy the children and an excellent buffet breakfast to kickstart the day.

Central location close to the old part of the city and the station. Bed was really comfy and the hotel accommodated our request for rooms close to each other. Cool rooftop bar next door and so lovely to have windows that opened properly with great views of the mountains.

Our shower was blocked and flooding the floor. Staff were notified and tried to fix it but it was not completely resolved. Only 2 night stay so not the end of the world. Nowhere to park and drop bags outside and hotel garage parking was full so we had to walk with big cases from Cassine Gare station about 5 mins walk away. A fridge would have been good in the room.

The staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Joining rooms make it a great place for our family of 5.

Shame about restriction on some facilities due to power saving measures. but understandable.

The staff were amazing and responsive to chat messages. They gave me free parking because it was my birthday, a very kind gesture! Everyone was very nice and pleasant. The housekeeping staff were very pleasant and friendly in the hallways, too. I was glad to have secure, private parking on site.

No air con in the room, or at least it's still deactivated this time of year, despite temperatures over 80°F outside. It was pretty hot for me overnight and made it difficult to sleep. I couldn't sleep with the window open due to traffic noise (which wasn't a bother with the window closed). Excellent location walkable to everywhere in the center, including the train station.

Very central location. Refreshments provided for new arrivals. Whilst our room was quite small, as described, it was located at the rear of the hetel and is pretty quiet. All of the staff we encountered were very helpful.

On one occasion I took the stairs from the fifth floor to reception; the lights went out in the stair well just before I reached the reception, leaving me in the semi-darkness. A bit more time on the lighting system would be good please? Trivial I know - which should give a hint of the high standards throughout :)

Love the fact that this hotel has joining rooms, which makes a stopover stay perfect for our family of 5. The indoor pool for the kids at the end of a long car journey from the UK to the Alps is just what is needed to stretch out and exercise before bed. They have secure garage parking at a small extra cost, which helps in this central location.

Not a lot.

It was very close to the historic area. It was quiet for sleeping. New windows that opened wide for great ventilation. Appreciated that the toilet and shower were in two separate rooms which makes getting ready in the morning much faster for two people. Breakfast was very good (coffee was excellent). Hotel staff were helpful. We could leave our luggage after check out as our train didn't look eave for several hours.

The bed was a little too soft.

Staff are lovely, as is the location, although car parking is height restricted (not an issue for us). Very pleasant stay and can recommend the roof top bar around the corner. Will happily stay again on the way to skiing.

Position was great in the middle of town. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very nice polite and helpful. The breakfast was good. The bedroom was clean.

The room was very noisy due to the traffic outside but that is due to being in the middle of town. However there was a fan outside the bedroom window that was unbelievably noisy. The bathroom was fine but the shower was not good and barely worked.
