Typical budget hotel, gated parking and very close to carry luggage inside the accommodation. Buffet style continental breakfast which was great although they were clearing it away at 09.30. The room was a good size with an excellent bathroom.

Location, it’s on the outskirts of Chambery and about 15/20 minutes walk to the town, in the dark it didn’t feel good returning to the hotel. Nowhere apart from a sushi bar to eat close by, the closest alternative was closed at 7pm, the town isn’t worth a visit from what we experienced.

The location. It’s about 20 minute walk from the city centre. It’s also good if you want to visit the Alp mountains. A lot of them are relatively close by.

The toilet is a bit cramped. Though it’s nothing to do with the hotel, I found the walk back from the city centre a bit scary a couple of times because the street lights are switched off late at night, after 12am. You can’t easily see where you are going.

We stayed in hotel for one night on the way to Annecy from Turin. Great value for money. Child enjoyed the upper bed. Room was bigger than in similar hotel in Rotterdam. Reasonable breakfast selection. Unusual pizzeria 10min walking distance. Chambery city surprised with interesting museum.

Neighborhood around hotel is not appealing. Free child stay did not include breakfast for child - it was confusing, but reasonable.

Love the great welcome, super staff and rooms always very clean and comfortable..you can rely on the standard..this mat be a budget hotel but as far as we can see after many years using this company, you get cleanliness, co fort affordability..great staff and superb breakfast..I always ask for extra pillows, never a problem.

All good here. Prefer to be in a historic area but this was perfectly convenient for the train station etc

Location good, an easy walk into town. Two supermarkets nearby. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, we would come again.

We missed tea and coffee facilities in the room, but bearing in mind the cost, this is fair enough.

Couldn’t get Wi-Fi in our room so Anita, the young lady who worked there moved us into another room and was very helpful also the young man in the morning, didn’t get his name, was very kind

The hotel's location was good for me, about 20 minutes walk to the city centre. The parking was okay apart from the last night I was there, when the car park was full I had to park in the public car park next door. Luckily the overnight receptionist kept an eye on it to make sure I didn't get charged. The room was reasonably sized and clean. The breakfast was the typical cold French buffet and was perfectly okay. The city centre was lively at night with plenty of restaurants and bars to visit.

I thought bathroom was a little small. Everything worked fine in there but it was a little cramped when using the toilet.

Tiny rooms and the double bed was only 1,40m wide Room was clean and breakfast really simple. Only kind of cut meat was ham. Bread was fresh and the coffee was good. Friendly staff at check in but the ladies taking care of breakfast could do a better job. After all good value for money. Conveniently close to the highway when traveling to the Alps

Not super cosy rooms but works absolutely fine for a short stay.
