The Ibis Budget Chateaudun is in a good location just outside the town near the road but far enough away to not be disturbed by traffic noise. The rooms are standard for this type of hotel and we had free wifi which was a nice addition. The check in lady was brilliant and helpful, and also told us that if we took proof of our hotel booking to the local eateries nearby we would be able to get a 10% discount on on our bill which was also a very nice bonus.

The only real fault I could come up with was there were only 2 smallish towels, but apart from that we found nothing wrong

We use this hotel a lot as halfway point from the Ferry to our home in the Vienne. Great location, with Burger King, buffalo Grill and McDonalds nearby, plus supermarket. Beds are always comfortable and we always sleep very well.

The 24 hour check in kiosk does not always work well and I think they should look into this - when you arrive late and the machine does not let you check in - it becomes stressful, especially when you are exhausted from driving. If they fix this problem my overall mark would be higher!

Cindy the host went above and beyond when one of our group experienced motorcycle issues, she phoned garages and helped us out massively. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast and good location for facilities. Will definitely use again.

Nothing much, the Bufflo Grill restaurant next isn't the best but that's Nothing to do with the IBIS

Breakfast arrangement was very cramped.

It was just for one night so very good for that. I arrived latish so can't really comment on location for seeing Chateaudun but it was easy to find and loads of parking spaces. Automatic check in which worked fantastically well. Staff were very helpful. The room was clean, bed very comfortable. It was warm and breakfast was very good. Can't really ask for much more to be honest. I would definitely stay again.

It is a budget hotel but with that in mind my experience was very positive. Nothing really negative at all to be honest.
