Perfect location in Compiegne! Everything was as expected, and the staff were very helpful. The water fountain on reception was a great bonus :)

The vending machine for hot drinks was broken, but the staff helped us with it! The shower head wouldn’t always stay in place when in use, so might have needed tightening? But only a very very small inconvenience

The people who were on the desk and welcomed us were excellent. Friendly and very very helpful.

We were out drinking in a bar and due to riots in the street tear gas was used.on our way to the hotel our eyes were affected. Nothing about the hotel. The staff showed real concern for our well being. Disappointed that we were caught in this situation just as tourists. It seemed very extreme

I stayed there for one night as a stopover on the the way to the south of France. The hotel's location was good, less than 5 minutes walk to the town centre. Unfortunately I got there quite late (about 11 pm) so most of the restaurants were closed. The breakfast the following morning was the standard continental buffet, which was okay for me.

The hotel was fine. Because I arrived in the town quite late (about 11pm on a Monday night), most of the restaurants and eating establishments were closed. It was not a major problem for me as it was a small, relatively quiet town.

Continental breakfast was adequate to start the day. Location very good, near both station and town square. Amazing powerful shower

We had a bunk bed over our bed which is great if you need it but a bit in the way if you don't

The location is great for the town centre and they allowed us to park our motorbikes around the back of the hotel in a lock compound

My wife and I always stay in Ibis budget hotels when we travel in Europe, this one was of a very good standard.

It did not have car park attached having said that it was a short walk to a free car park. Always remember to take your own pillow, you get one and its a rock.

one member of staff at Reception was unwelcoming. We were ignored by him and waited and ended up leaving because he went on the phone and did not acknowledge us
