The hotel is situated in the amazingly beautiful valley of La Restonica very near Corte, right by the river and 5 minutes away from many different hikes' starting points. The breakfast was excellent, a buffet with different types of teas, herbal teas, coffee, croissants, pains au chocolat, hard boiled eggs, yogurts, fromage blanc, cereals, fruits, different jams, delicious cakes, etc. We had ours on the terrace, right by the river. There is a restaurant 150 m down the road from the hotel. The owners of the hotel are very welcoming and friendly. They offered us the choice between 2 rooms. We chose the one opening onto the terrace. Once in the room, we couldn't hear the river, which is fast flowing with very clear waters.

It was even better than the pictures! Beautiful location on the river, very relaxed atmosphere and the room was so big! And the view on the maintain and river from the room (upstairs) is magical and breathtaking! The beds were GREAT, very clean everything and welcoming people. We regret the damage of the road towards the Lake Melo so therefore maybe it was not so busy in the season. It's a lovely place with charm and very cosy!

Only the shower in the room was a little bit outdated and difficult to close but it is a minor thing.

An absolute gem of a hotel in a lovely valley. I thorougly enjoied my stay and the staff were absolutely lovely! Probably better to come by car as the local bus was an expensive hassle requiering prebooking. Be aware that there is NO cellular service in the entirety of the valley, that one cought me by suprise. Two lovely resturants within walking distance.

Lovely accommodation right next to the river. It really is a terrific location. Dining options in nearby town of Corte are only a short drive away. Room had a nice big fridge but there was no kettle or tea or coffee provided in the room.

Bed was not the most comfortable. Breakfast was a bit limited and not great value.

Fantastic surroundings, we enjoyed several baths in the river. Really friendly staff, particularly Jules, which helped us get anything we needed including take away food when we arrived late and great tips for hiking. A true gem, thank you! Without a doubt our best experience at Corsica.

The location was perfect, beautiful setting and very convenient specially for those who want to do some hikes. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The breakfast very good with plenty of local options to choose from.

We spent 2 nights there, and there isn't much to criticize. The price was right for what we got. Nothing fancy, and we were not expecting it either.

Location is fabulous - quite romantic with the sound of the river and the beautiful trees surrounding the hotel. Reception staff ere all friendly and helpful

The Room needed some maintenance- broken catch on glass door to balcony, broken hook on back of bathroom door, no electric jug or glasses, broken soap dispenser in shower….

No restaurant , just drinks or an ice cream, however , you can walk up the road to a lovely restaurant. I even saw families bring back Pizza and eat on the terrace .

This hotel is set in a stunning location with the relaxing flow of the river alongside it. The staff are friendly, the food was delicious and the room was super clean. Evenings spent on the terrace enjoying a glass of wine were exceptional.

The only point which could have been improved is the quality of the mattresses. They were fairly thin and hence an 8 out of 10 rather than a 10. But all in all we had a fantastic time.

Location was fantastic right on the river. Staff were really friendly. Spacious room and lovely to hear the sound of the river in the room.

Breakfast was very expensive and average
