Price-quality this place was superb. We rented a studio which was spacious with small kitchen (and basic pots and cutlery), small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Wardrobe, balcony, curtains and roller shutters. There was a nice garden with trees and tables and best off all….a swimming pool. And the location….close to the railway station and close to town.) We felt comfortable and relaxed. The bigger room gave us the sense of freedom.

Perhaps the noisy neighbours? But with ear plugs that problem was easily solved.

The HR hotel is centrally located, within 15-20 minutes walking distance to the historic city center with many restaurants. To the supermarket as well as to a bakery you walk only 5 minutes and to the train station 10 minutes. Nevertheless, it is very quiet at night. In the hotel there are rooms as well as apartments provided. The apartments have a separate bedroom with a desk, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower or a bath tub and a separate toilet. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. The furnishings, especially in the kitchen are basic but functional, not new but all clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine. The hotel offers a coin washing machine, a garden with swimmingpool, free car parking. Buffet breakfast is available in the breakfast room. The staff is very fliendly.

The kitchen is only poorly equipped with a camping table, 2 camping chairs and very few cutlery, dishes, pots... The stairwell is unsightly and steep (no lift). The walk to the historic city center is nice over a huge footbridge but exhausting because of many stairs.

We really appreciated the air-conditioning that was newly installed in all the rooms of the apartment - a very pleasant surprise! (it was not included when we booked the stay) The pool was clean and very pleasant to swim and relax there after a long hike. The possibility of outdoors sitting in the garden in the courtyard of the hotel was very pleasant too.

The kitchenette was not too well equipped - at least an electric kettle would be very helpful. The beds were a little too narrow and too soft for us.

The staff is kind and speaks english.. There is the swimming pool, nice terrace (courtyard). Breakfast was good we were satisfied.

We have stayed on the 4th floor under the roof without air conditioning and any lift. Our friends payd the same money for the similiar room with air conditioning.

Very convinient, booked on same day, got a nice little apartment incl well equipped kitchen. Clean, close to city, nice pool, garden, sufficient breakfast, super friendly staff. We could leave our backpacks for the day, even enjoy the pool after checkout and before leaving Corte. Merci to the Hotel team

Nothing to complain about

A nice apartment close to the center of Corte. A nice area in the garden to have a breakfast or a meal. Or just relax in the evening. A very nice swimming pool there also open until 21. The staff was very good and helpful.

Hotel was close to the station and had a garden/pool area which allowed us to sit outside under the trees to relax/read

When we arrived towels from previous guest were still in bathroom. There were no hooks to hang anything on in bathroom

Great accommodation, dated but v spacious and amazing location. We loved it.

Our bathroom was one of those prefabricated plastic or fibreglass units that are tiny and slot into place whilst being constructed. V little ventilation. Our friends bathroom was much better they had a little flat and we had a v spacious studio for 3.

Good room, with enough space. Nice kitchen as well. Pool available with extended schedule.

Maybe the only lower point is that shower zone can have a bit more light. But it was good enough.

For the summer heat the pool was the attraction of this accommodation to everyone staying here. Basic rooms with small kitchen. Buffet breakfast optional. Within walking distance and parking available for car.
